fa بررسی عملکرد شنوایی مرکزی در افراد لکنتی با استفاده از آزمون‏های اختلاف سطح پوشش و شناسایی جملات ساختگی پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: شواهدی وجود دارند که نشان می‏دهند بین لکنت و اختلالات پردازش شنوایی نوعی ارتباط وجود دارد و هرگونه اختلال در عملکرد شنوایی مرکزی دست کم می‏تواند یکی از علل به وجود آمدن ناروانی گفتار باشد. حتی با استفاده از روش‏های تصویربرداری تشدید مغناطیسی و دیگر آزمونهای الکتروفیزیولوژیک تا کنون هیچ گونه پاسخ قطعی در این مورد ارائه نشده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون اختلاف سطح پوشش و آزمون شناسایی جملات ساختگی به بررسی و مقایسه عملکرد شنوایی مرکزی افراد لکنتی و گروه هنجار پرداخته شده است.<br><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: این پژوهش به روش تحلیلی- مقطعی روی 15 فرد لکنتی و 15 فرد هنجار مرد با محدوده سنی16تا40 سال با میانگین سنی 78/26 انجام شد. آزمون اختلاف سطح پوشش و آزمون شناسایی جملات ساختگی با پیام رقابتی همانسویی و دگرسویی در هر دو گروه مورد ارزیابی و مقایسه قرارگرفت.<br><strong>یافته‏ها</strong>: یافته‏های بدست آمده کاهش میانگین اختلاف سطح پوشش در افراد لکنتی در مقایسه با افراد گروه کنترل را نشان داد ولی تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنی‏دار نبود. در آزمون شناسایی جملات ساختگی تنها با پیام رقابتی همانسویی در سطوح 20- و 10- دسی‏بل تفاوت معنی‏دار در گوش راست افراد لکنتی مشاهده گردید. <br><strong>نتیجه‏گیری</strong>: یافته‏های این پژوهش با سایر پژوهش‏های مشابه مطابقت دارد و الگوی یافته‏ها احتمالاً به اختلال عملکردی جزئی در ساقه مغز برخی افراد لکنتی اشاره دارد.<p></p></span /> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="ltr"><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: There are evidences that indicate a relationship between auditory processing disorders and stuttering, and any disorder in the central auditory function can be at least one of the underlying causes of stuttering. Even though, using the most state of the art radiographic technologies, i.e. MRI, no definitive answer has been given in relative to this question. In this research, using Mask-ing Level Difference (MLD) and Synthetic Sentence Identification (SSI) tests, the central auditory function of stutters and normal group was evaluated.<br><strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: In this study was analytic cross-sectional, fifteen male patients with stutter-ing and 15 male normal cases with the age range from 16 to 40 years (average age 26.78 year) were evaluated. SSI-ICM, SSI-CCM and MLD tests were performed. The results were compared in both groups.<br><strong>Results</strong>: Although stutterers mean MLD was less than that of normal group, the different was not significant between stutters and normal group in SSI test in right ear at negative MCRs.
