fa بررسی وضعیت شنوایی افراد مبتلا به اسکلروز متعدد (MS) قطعی پژوهشي Research <strong>هدف</strong>: این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت شنوایی مبتلایان به بیماری MS قطعی می باشد. نتایج بدست آمده می تواند جهت تایید تشخیصی بیماری و افزایش آگاهی از جنبه های مختلف این بیماری و اقدامات درمانی و توانبخشی در جامعه مبتلایان موثر و مفید باشد.<br><strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: این پژوهش به صورت سنجشی تحلیلی در زمستان 1379 بر روی 40 نفر از مبتلایان قطعی صورت گرفت که از بین مراجعین به کلینیک MS بیمارستان شهداء تجریش در محدوده سنی 20 تا 45 سال انتخاب شده بودند و هیچگونه سابقه مشکلات اتولوژیک نیز نداشتند. در این پژوهش نتایج آزمون های شنوایی رایج (ART و SDS و SRT و PTA) و آزمون ABR بیماران MS با نتایج حاصله از گروه شاهد یا مقادیر استاندارد در کلینیک شنوایی دانشکده توانبخشی علوم پزشکی ایران مقایسه شدند.<br><strong>نتایج</strong>: در این بررسی میانگین آستانه های شنوایی تون خالص بیماران MS در محدوده های فرکانسی پایین، میانه و بالا در مقایسه با گروه شاهد از نظر آماری تفاوت معنی داری را نشان داد (P<0.05). در آزمون آستانه رفلکس صوتی نیز تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین این آستانه ها در دو گروه دیده شد. در آزمون های گفتاری تفاوت معنی داری در نتایج بدست آمده از دو گروه مشاهده نشد (P>0.05). در آزمون ABR فقط از نظر زمان نهفتگی مطلق موج V و زمان نهفتگی فواصل بین موجی III-V و I-V تفاوت آماری معنی داری بین دو گره دیده شد. بین میانگین فرکانس های میانه و طولانی شدن زمان نهفتگی مطلق موج V ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد اما ارتباط بین SDS و ABR و نیز ART و ABR معنی دار نیست.<br><strong>بحث</strong>: نتایج بدست آمده از این مطالعه نشان می دهند که آزمون های ART و PTA و برخی از پارامترهای آزمون ABR می تواند به عنوان یک روش تکمیلی جهت تایید تشخیص بیماری MS در کنار سایر روش های مرسوم (مثل MRI و بررسی VEP و CSF و SEP) و توام با آنها بکار گرفته شوند.<p></p></span /> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="ltr"><strong>Objective</strong>: This study was aimed to survey the hearing status of the patients with definite MS. The results of this study may help to confirm the diagnosis and to improve our knowledge of different aspects of this disease and to optimize the treatment and rehabilitative techniques.<br><strong>Material & Methods</strong>: This study is performed in audiology clinic of rehabilitation science faculty of Iran medical science university as an assesive-analytic procedure in winter of 2000 in 40 MS patients (Referred from the MS clinic of Shohada Hospital) of 20 to 45 years old. All the patients have no history of otologic problems. The results of conventional audiologist tests (PTA, SRT, SDS, imittance audiometry) and ABR findings of MS patients were compared to the results of control group.<br><strong>Results</strong>: The differences between the means of low, high and mid frequency PTAve in MS patients and control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups in the speech test&aposs results, statistically. The results of ART test show statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups. The only differences in ABR results were seen for the absolute latency of the wave V and IPLs (I-V, III-V) between two groups. The amplitude ratio of V/I in MS patients 1.5 was within the normal range (0.5 to 2). There was a statistically significant relationship between mean of mid frequency PTAve and prolongation of absolute latency of the wave V. The relationship between ABR and SDS and also between ART and ABR were not statistically significant.
