fa بررسی شدت صدا و ارزیابی اثرات آن بر کارگران یک واحد صنعتی تولید کفش پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و اهداف</strong>: در این مطالعه جهت ارزیابی اثرات سر و صدای محیط کار بر کیفیت شنوایی کارگران یک واحد صنعتی تولید کفش، بخش‏های مختلف از نظر شدت صدا بررسی شدند.<br><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: شدت نویز در بخش‏های مختلف بر حسب دسی‏بل اندازه‏گیری شد. کارگران در هر بخش به‏صورت تصادفی انتخاب و مورد ارزیابی شنوایی قرار گرفتند.<br><strong>نتایج</strong>: نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر حاکی از آن است که 23 درصد افراد نیاز به ارزیابی دقیق‏تر شنوایی داشته و 95 درصد افراد نیز می‏بایست توسط متخصص گوش و حلق و بینی مورد معاینه قرار گیرند. به‏علاوه 10 درصد کارگران نیز از افت شنوایی حسی‏ـ‏عصبی رنج می‏بردند که از این میان 2 درصد به آسیب شنوایی ناشی از نویز دچار بودند.<br><strong>بحث و نتیجه‏گیری</strong>: از آنجا که کارگاه مذکور از برنامۀ حفاظت شنوایی خوبی پیروی می‏کند، ارتقاء این برنامه می‏تواند در کاهش آمار مبتلایان به کم‏شنوایی‏های ناشی از نویز به میزان زیادی تأثیرگذار باشد.<p></p></span /> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="ltr"><strong>Introduction</strong>: We estimated the noise in an industrial shoe factory to determine the effect of noise in the workplace on the hearing status of the workers in such environments.<br><strong>Materials and method</strong>: the intensity of noise in dB in different parts of the factory was estimated. Then working people in each part was selected randomly and their hearing thresholds were evaluated by Conventional audiometry.<br><strong>Results</strong>: The results demonstrated that 23% were required to estimate thresholds more precisely and 95 needed close examination by Otolaryngologist.
