fa بررسی سن تشخیص کم شنوایی و عوامل وابسته در گروهی از دانش آموزان مدارس ناشنوایان باغچه بان تهران پژوهشي Research &nbsp; <span 000000="" 9pt="" apos:="" color:="" font-size:="" sans-serif:="" style="font-family: " tahoma:="">برآورد سنی که در آن ضایعات شنوایی در جامعه بطور معمول تشخیص داده می شوند، جهت مقایسه با ملاک های مورد قبول و تخمین کاستی های موجود در برنامه ریزی های تشخیصی و باز توانی لازم می باشد. بر این اساس، طی یک بررسی گذشته نگر مقطعی از فروردین تا خرداد ماه 1371، سن تشخیص کم شنوایی و عوامل وابسته، در بین جمعی از دانش آموزان مدارس ناشنوایان باغچه بان، تهران مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. این بررسی توسط پرسشنامه ای سه قسمتی با همکاری والدین 445 نفر از دانش آموزان واحدهای 2، 6، 10 مجتمع باغچه بان تهران در نیمه دوم سال تحصیلی 71-1370 انجام گردید. نتایج نشان می دهد که میانگین سن تشخیص کم شنوایی - اعم از مادر زادی و اکتسابی - در جمعیت تحت مطالعه معادل سه سال و شش ماهگی می باشد. در حالیکه میانگین سن تردید والدین نسبت به وجود شنوایی طبیعی در کودک حدود یک سال و ده ماهگی است. مقایسه سن تشخیص کم شنوایی میزان کم شنوایی (در کم شنوایی متوسط تا عمیق) سن تشخیص کاهش می یابد (</span><span 000000="" 9pt="" apos:="" color:="" font-size:="" sans-serif:="" style="font-family: " tahoma:="">P</span><span 000000="" 9pt="" apos:="" color:="" font-size:="" sans-serif:="" style="font-family: " tahoma:=""><0.01). در بین منابع ارجاع دهنده برای انجام اولین آزمون شنوایی، کمترین تشخیص مربوط به ارجاع توسط پزشکان می باشد. بر خلاف انتظار، میانگین سن تردید و تشخیص کم شنوایی در افرادی که دارای تاریخچه مثبت وجود کم شنوایی در خانواده می باشد، بالاتر از افرادی است که تاریخچه خانوادگی کم شنوایی نداشته اند (</span><span 000000="" 9pt="" apos:="" color:="" font-size:="" sans-serif:="" style="font-family: " tahoma:="">P</span><span 000000="" 9pt="" apos:="" color:="" font-size:="" sans-serif:="" style="font-family: " tahoma:=""><0.01). در حال، هیچگونه ارتباطی بین سن تشخیص تعداد افراد ناشنوای خانواده مشاهده می شود (</span><span 000000="" 9pt="" apos:="" color:="" font-size:="" sans-serif:="" style="font-family: " tahoma:="">P</span><span 000000="" 9pt="" apos:="" color:="" font-size:="" sans-serif:="" style="font-family: " tahoma:=""><0.02).</span> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="ltr"><span>Estimation of the age of hearing loss diagnosis in every society is recommended to be compared with standard criteria to establish common dirth in management and rehabilitation. This study was conducted in order to determine the&nbsp;age of hearing loss diagnosis&nbsp;with respect to common criteria&nbsp;in Baghche-Ban school of hard of hearing children in&nbsp;Tehran.</span><span>Methods: <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>In this retrospective cross-sectional study, 445 children&nbsp;in stages 2, 6 and 10&nbsp;of Baghche-Ban school of hard of hearing&nbsp;participated. the research was performed by means of the three-stages questionaires that children filled with help of their parents.</span><span>Results: The mean age of detection of hearing loss&nbsp; in both acquired and congenital hearing loss&nbsp;in children was 3.5 year-old. while the age in which hearing loss was doubted was 1.8 year-old. In another word the mean age of hearing loss detection decreased as the hearing loss increases(in moderate- profound hearing loss)(P<0.01).</span><span>Conclusion: among the refrence sources for refering children with hearing loss the least refering was related to physicians. Adversly the mean age of doubting and detection of hearing loss increased in children with family history of hearing loss.(P<0.01).
