fa توجه شنوایی: مبانی، نظریه‌ها و سازوکارها پردازش شنوایی مرکزی Central auditory processing مروری Review <p align="justify"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: در ارتباط با توجه، چهار مرحلۀ اساسی تشریح خواهد&rlm; شد که عبارتند از حافظۀ فعال، مسیر بالا به پایین، انتخاب رقابتی، و فیلترینگ خودکار پایین به بالا برای تحریکات برجسته. هر&rlm;یک از این مراحل، نقشی اساسی در فرآیند توجه ایفا می&rlm;کنند. سه مرحلۀ ابتدایی در کنترل ارادی انسان هستند و در کنار یکدیگر، چرخه&rlm;ای برگشتی را ایجاد می&rlm;کنند. در این مقاله مروری، سعی شده&rlm;است تا با تکیه بر آخرین و پیشرفته&rlm;ترین تحقیقات مرتبط با توجه به&rlm;ویژه توجه شنوایی، نظریه&rlm;ها، سازوکارها، و مراکز دخیل در دستگاه عصبی، به&rlm;تفصیل مطرح شود.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>روش&rlm;بررسی</strong>: در این مطالعه، به بررسی متون و مقالات مختلفی که از سال 1953 تا 2012 پیرامون توجه شنوایی چاپ شده&rlm;است، پرداخته شد. برای این منظور، از بانک&rlm;های اطلاعاتی PubMed ، Scopus ، ProQuest ، Iran Medex ، و Google scholar استفاده شد. برای جستجو در این بانک&rlm;ها، از واژه auditory attention و واژگان کلیدی مرتبط با آن استفاده شد.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>نتیجه&rlm;گیری</strong>: می&rlm;توان گفت که توجه شنوایی به&rlm;واسطۀ چهار مؤلفۀ اصلی خود نقش بسیار مهمی در روند پردازش شنوایی داشته و می&rlm;تواند تغییردهندۀ روند مذکور در سطوح متعددی از تجزیه و تحلیل حسی نظیر حلزون، ساقۀ مغز، و قشر شنوایی باشد.</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: There are four fundamental processes of attention: working memory, top-down sensitivity control, competitive selection, and automatic bottom-up filtering for salient stimuli. Each process makes an essential contribution to attention. Voluntary control operates on the first three processes in a recurrent loop. We reviewed comprehensive researches, theories, mechanisms, and central nervous system functions of auditory attention.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: In this study, publications on auditory attention from 1953 to 2012 in PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, Iran Medex, and Goole scholar were reviewed.
