fa حافظه کاری واجی و ارتباط آن با زبان در کودکان کاشت حلزون شده مروری Review <p align="justify">زمینه و هدف: مطالعات بسیاری نشانگر ارتباط تنگاتنگ حافظۀ کاری و زبان در جمعیت کودکان عادی و جمعیت‏های دچار اختلالات رشد زبان از جمله کودکان کاشت حلزون شده است. مروری بر این مطالعات از آن رو ضروری است که نه تنها روشنگر چگونگی چنین ارتباطی است، بلکه می‏تواند دیدگاه جامع‏تری در زمینۀ آموزش و درمان این افراد فراهم آورد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های حافظۀ کاری واجی و ارتباط آن با زبان در کودکان کاشت حلزون شده انجام شد.</p><p align="justify">یافته‏های اخیر: در این مقاله، پژوهش‌هایی که به بررسی ویژگی‌های حافظۀ کاری واجی و ارتباط آن با توانمندی‌های زبان کودکان کاشت حلزون شده پرداخته بودند، مرور شدند. پژوهش‌ها نشان داده است که علاوه بر متغیرهای جمعیت‏شناختی، حافظۀ کاری واجی عامل دیگری است که بر پیامدهای زبانی کودکان کاشت حلزون شده تأثیر می‏گذارد. کودکان کاشت حلزون شده در مقایسه با کودکان طبیعی، فراخنای حافظۀ کوتاه‏تری دارند.</p><p align="justify">نتیجه‏گیری: تصور می‏شود که ضعف در درون‏داد حسی شنیداری اولیه و تحریکات زبانی که منجر به مشکلاتی در پردازش و مرور ذهنی اطلاعات شنیداری در حافظۀ کاری واجی می‏شود، عامل اصلی فراخنای حافظۀ کوتاه در این کودکان باشد. از طرفی مشکلات حافظۀ کاری واجی می‏تواند تأثیرات نامطلوبی بر توانمندی‌های زبانی کودکان کاشت حلزون شده داشته باشد. بنابراین به‏منظور ارائه روش‏های درمانی جامع و مناسب به کودکان مبتلا به افت شنوایی، باید به وجود چنین ارتباط دوسویه ‎ ای بین زبان و حافظه توجه کرد.</p> <p>Background and Aim: Many studies have demonstrated a close relationship between phonological working memory and language abilities in normal children and children with language developmental disorders, such as those with cochlear implants. A review of these studies would clarify communication and learning in such children and provide more comprehensive information regarding their education and treatment. In this study, the characteristics of phonological working memory and its relationship with language abilities in children with cochlear implants was examined.</p><p>Recent Findings: In this study, the authors studied the characteristics of phonological working memory and its relationship with language abilities of children with cochlear implants. These studies showed that in addition to demographic variables, phonological working memory is a factor that affects language development in children with cochlear implants. Children with cochlear implants typically have a shorter memory span.</p><p>Conclusion: It is thought that the deficiency in primary auditory sensory input and language stimulation caused by difficulties in the processing and rehearsal of auditory information in phonological working memory is the main cause of the short memory span in such children. Conversely, phonological working memory problems may have adverse effects on the language abilities in such children.
