fa بررسی تأثیر مددکاری اجتماعی بر سازگاری اجتماعی در والدین افراد کم‏شنوا پژوهشي Research <p align="justify">زمینه و هدف: کم‏شنوایی پراسترس‏ترین معلولیت است و مراقبت از کودکان کم‏شنوا، والدین را در معرض خطر سلامت روانی قرار می‏دهد. از این رو حمایت و مداخله ‎ های تخصصی برای این خانواده‏ها بسیار ارزشمند است و آنها را در پرورش فرزندشان بسیار کمک می‏کند. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر مددکاری اجتماعی بر سازگاری اجتماعی در والدین کودکان کم‏شنوای شهر اراک بود.</p><p align="justify">روش بررسی: در این پژوهش، تعداد ۳۷ خانوادۀ کودکان کم‏شنوا ۴ تا ۱۶ سال شهر اراک، به‏صورت نمونه‏گیری مبتنی بر هدف از جامعه انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین دریافت یا عدم دریافت خدمات مددکاری از مصاحبه و بررسی پرونده و به‏منظور تعیین سازگاری اجتماعی از پرسش‏نامه ۵۴ پرسشی سازگاری اجتماعی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها و اطلاعات به‏دست آمده از والدین، از تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد.</p><p align="justify">یافته‏ها: تحلیل داده‏ها نشان داد بین والدین افراد کم‏شنوایی که خدمات مددکاری اجتماعی دریافت کرده بودند و والدینی که این خدمات را دریافت نکرده بودند از نظر سازگاری اجتماعی و مقیاس‏های آن تفاوت معنی ‎ داری وجود دارد(p<۰/۰۰۱).</p><p align="justify">نتیجه‏گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‏دست آمده می‏توان گفت والدین افراد کم‏شنوایی که خدمات مددکاری اجتماعی دریافت کرده بودند سازگاری اجتماعی کلی بالاتری داشتند. بنابراین ارائۀ خدمات مددکاری به والدین افراد کم‏شنوا باعث ارتقای سازگاری اجتماعی آنان می‏شود.</p> <p>Background and Aim: Hearing impairment is one of the most stressful disabilities. The mental health of parents caring for children with hearing impairment is at risk. Therefore, technical support and intervention are very valuable for these families. These services are also useful for children’s development. The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of social work services on the social adjustment of parents of children with hearing impairment.</p><p>Methods: In this study, 37 parents of children with hearing impairment were selected as the sample population. Interviews and case studies were conducted to determine whether the parents were receiving social work services. The social adjustment scale was used to assess parents’ social adjustment. Analysis of variance (F) was used to analyze the data and information obtained from parents.</p><p>Results: Data analysis showed that there is a significant difference between parents who had received social work services and parents who had not received social work services (p<0.001).</p><p>Conclusion: According to the obtained results, parents who had received social work services experienced higher social adjustment.
