fa بررسی ویژگی‏های روان‏سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس‎های طبقه‏بندی عملکرد ادراک شنیداری و درجه‎بندی وضوح کلامی در کودکان ناشنوای پیش‏زبانی کاشت حلزون شده پژوهشي Research <p>زمینه و هدف: درمانگران و محققان همواره نیازمند ابزارهای استاندارد برای ارزیابی ادراک شنیداری و تولید گفتار کودکان ناشنوا به‏ویژه آنهایی که کاشت حلزون شده‏اند هستند. با توجه به استفادۀ روزافزون از دو مقیاس طبقه‏بندی عملکرد ادراک شنیداری و درجه‏بندی وضوح کلامی در کودکان ناشنوای پیش‏زبانی کاشت حلزون شنوایی شده در سطح دنیا، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخۀ فارسی این دو مقیاس انجام شد.</p><p>روش بررسی: در این مطالعه ۹۲ کودک یک سال و سه ماهه تا پانزده سال و هفت ماهۀ ناشنوای کاشت حلزون شده شرکت کردند. بررسی پایایی مقیاس‏ها با استفاده از روش آزمون‏ـ‏بازآزمون و پایایی بین مصححان انجام شد. بررسی روایی ملاکی و سازه هر دو مقیاس نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفت.</p><p>یافته‏ها: پایایی بازآزمایی مقیاس‏های ادراک شنیداری و وضوح کلامی به‏ترتیب، ۸۲/۰ و ۷۹/۰ به‏دست آمد(p<۰/۰۱)، پایایی مصححان براساس میانگین ضریب توافق کاپای Cohen نیز به‏ترتیب ۷۳/۰ و ۷۰/۰ را نشان داد که در حد قابل قبولی است (p<۰/۰۱). روایی سازۀ این دو مقیاس به‏ترتیب ۶۴/۰ و ۶۹/۰ و روایی ملاکی نیز به‏ترتیب از ۵۸/۰ تا ۷۴/۰ و ۶۶/۰ تا ۶۹/۰ به‏دست آمد(p<۰/۰۱). </p>نتیجه‏گیری: هر دو مقیاس واجد ویژگی ‎ های روان‏سنجی لازم برای سنجش استاندارد ادراک شنیداری و تولید گفتار کودکان ناشنوای کاشت حلزون شنوایی شده هستند. <p>Background and Aim: Clinicians and researchers always need standard measures for the evaluation of auditory perception and speech production in deaf children, particularly those with cochlear implants. This study addresses the reliability and validity of the Persian version of categorization of auditory performance (CAP) scale and speech intelligibility rating (SIR) in cochlear-implanted prelingual deaf children.</p><p>Methods: A total of 92 cochlear-implanted deaf children aged 1.3-15.7 years participated in the study. Test-retest reliability, inter-rater reliability, and criterion and construct validity of the scales were investigated.</p><p>Results: The obtained test-retest reliability for categorization of the auditory performance scale and speech intelligibility rating was 0.82 and 0.99 (p<0.01), respectively, whereas the suggested inter-rater reliability based on average Cohen’s kappa coefficient was 0.73 and 0.70 for the two scales (p<0.01), which appear acceptable. The concurrent validity of the scales was 0.64 and 0.69 (p<0.01).
