fa نگرش نوجوانان نسبت به مصرف اکستاسی مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research <strong><em>زمینه و هدف:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>سوء مصرف اکستاسی در نوجوانان یک اختلال رفتاری محسوب می‌شود. نحوه نگرش به سوء مصرف مواد یکی از عوامل گرایش یا عدم گرایش به این امر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نحوه نگرش نوجوانان نسبت به سوء مصرف اکستاسی در سال 1385 انجام یافته است</em><em>.</em><p></p><p dir="rtl"><strong><em>روش بررسی:</em></strong><em> </em><em>مطالعه حاضر مقطعی است و جامعه پژوهش را نوجوانان 18-16 ساله ساکن مناطق غرب شهر تهران تشکیل می‌دهند. 800 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری مستمر در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. مکان‌های عمومی غرب شهر تهران محیط این پژوهش را تشکیل می‌داد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه خودساخته سنجش نگرش نسبت به مصرف اکستاسی بود</em><em>. یافته‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم‌افزار </em><em>SPSS</em><em> تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</em></p><p dir="rtl"><strong><em>یافته‌ها</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> </em><em>نتایج نشان داد </em><em>اکثر </em><em>نوجوانان </em><em>(9/78%) نگرش منفی </em><em>و5/17% نگرش مثبت </em><em>نسبت به مصرف اکستاسی دارند.</em><em> آزمون مجذور کای اختلاف معناداری را بین نگرش دختران و پسران نسبت به مصرف اکستاسی نشان نداد</em><em>.</em></p><p dir="rtl"><strong><em>نتیجه‏گیری: </em></strong><em>از آن جا که حدود بیش از 80% از نوجوانان نسبت به مصرف اکستاسی نگرش منفی داشتند، </em><em>این امر نشان می‌دهد که سرمایه‌گذاری‌های صورت گرفته در اطلاع‌رسانی و فرهنگ‌سازی در این زمینه مؤثر بوده است؛ با این حال جهت موفقیت بیشتر لازم است ضمن استمرار فعالیت‌های اطلاع‌رسانی و فرهنگی اولیا، و مربیان نوجوانان توجه بیشتری به این مقوله مبذول نمایند.</em></p><p dir="rtl"><em> </em></p></span /> <p><strong>Background & Aim</strong>: Using illicit drugs such as Ecstasy is a deviant behavior in adolescents. Attitude toward using illicit drugs can predict its usage. This study was carried out in order to determine the adolescents' attitude toward using Ecstasy in 2006. </p><p><strong>Methods & Materials</strong>: In this cross-sectional study, eight hundred adolescents aged 16-18 years who lived in the west of Tehran recruited from public regions of municipality. Data was gathered using authors-structured questionnaire. After filling in informed consents, the questionnaires were completed by the respondents. </p><p><strong>Results</strong>: Findings revealed that 78.9 % of the adolescents had negative attitudes and 17.5% had positive attitudes toward using Ecstasy. Boys and girls attitudes were not significantly different. </p><p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Regarding relatively high negative attitudes among the adolescents toward Ecstasy using, it seems that investments in health promoting programs were appropriate.
