fa تبیین دیدگاه بیماران و همراه آنان پیرامون «حقوق بیمار»: یک پژوهش  کیفی پدیدارشناسی مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research <font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>مقدمه</strong>:مسأله حقوق بیماران در طی دو دهه اخیر به دلایلی از جمله آسیب‌پذیری و نیازمندی آنان از یک سو و توجه روز افزون جوامع بین‌المللی به حقوق بشر از سوی دیگر مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر بخشی از یک مطالعه گسترده کیفی است که برای روشن کردن مفهوم حقوق بیمار از دید بیماران، پزشکان و پرستاران در بیمارستان امام خمینی انجام شده است.<br><strong>مواد و روش کار</strong>: هدف این مقاله تعیین دیدگاه بیماران نسبت به مفهوم «حقوق بیمار» است. این پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش «پدیدارشناسی» انجام شده و به این منظور 16 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری با 12 نفر بیمار و همراه بیمار صورت گرفته است که در طی آن مشارکت‌کنندگان تجربیات خود را از مواجهه با مقوله حقوق بیمار نقل کرده‌اند. تمام مصاحبه‌ها ضبط و پیاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها همزمان با پیاده کردن متن و با استفاده از آنالیز درونمایه‌ای انجام گرفته است.<br><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: درونمایه‌های پدیدار شده در این بررسی مربوط به حقوق بیمار از دید بیماران و همراه آنان شامل انتظار برخوردی عادلانه از خدمات بهداشتی، حفظ احترام و کرامت انسانی بیمار و خانواده، نیاز به دریافت اطلاعات در خصوص بیماری و فعالیت‌های مربوط به آن و تأمین داروها و تجهیزات اساسی در بیمارستان محل بستری بوده‌اند.<br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: به رغم این که هیچ یک از بیماران و همراه آنان منشور حقوق بیمار را نخوانده و از مفاد آن آگاهی نداشتند، یافته‌ها بیانگر این است که آنان حقوقی برای بیماران قایل بوده‌اند. توجه به این دیدگاه‌ها در کنار دیدگاه دیگر افراد ذینفع می‌تواند دست‌اندرکاران را در تدوین منشوری مطابق با شرایط اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی جامعه ایران یاری کند.</font><p></p></span /> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: Patients&apos rights have been center of attention in recent decades because of patients&apos vulnerability and worldwide sensitivity to human rights.</p><p><strong> Materials and Method</strong>: The current study is a qualitative, phenomenological research which has been carried out in Emam Khomeini Hospital during 2004-2005. The aim of this research was to identify the meaning of patient&aposs rights from the view point of patients and/or their companions. To achieve this, 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 informants. They were asked to explain their experience regarding the patient&aposs rights. All interviews were recorded. Data analyzing was simultaneously carried out using thematic analysis method. </p><p><strong>Results</strong>: The emerging themes included expectation for equality and justice in receiving health care services, human respect and privacy need to be informed regarding their diagnosis and having essential facilities in the hospital. </p><p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: It appears that whether the participants are aware of patients&apos bill of rights or not, they are able to define some rights for themselves.
