fa بومی‌سازی راهنمای بالینی مراقبت پرستاری از آسیب‌های ثانویه مغزی در بزرگ‌سالان مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research <strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مدیریت آسیب تروماتیک مغزی بر پیش‌گیری و درمان آسیب</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">های ثانویه مغزی متمرکز است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بومی‌سازی راهنمای بالینی مراقبت پرستاری از آسیب‌های ثانویه مغزی در بزرگ‌سالان انجام گرفته است</span></span></em><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر به روش مطالعه تکاملی چند مرحله‌ای در سال 1396 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام گرفت. از تعداد 13 مورد راهنمای بالینی درمان و مراقبت از آسیب به سر، براساس نظر متخصصان و با استفاده از ابزار </span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">AGREE</span></span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، کیفیت 8 مورد، مطلوب ارزیابی گردید و به عنوان راهنماهای مبنا در تهیه پیش‌نویس راهنمای بالینی بومی انتخاب شدند. همچنین، 12 راهنمای بالینی، 13 مقاله و 5 کتاب، در تکمیل توصیه‌های راهنمای بالینی بومی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. پیش‌نویس راهنما با استفاده از روش دلفی و پنل حضوری متخصصان بررسی و در نهایت به صورت یک راهنمای بالینی بومی‌سازی شده ارایه گردید</span></span></em><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></span></em></strong>: <em><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">راهنمای بالینی بومی‌سازی شده مراقبت پرستاری از آسیب‌های ثانویه مغزی شامل 158 توصیه و در 5 بخش تدوین گردید؛ &laquo;مراقبت پرستاری در زمینه پیش‌گیری و مدیریت افزایش فشار داخل جمجمه، مراقبت پرستاری در زمینه حفظ و افزایش فشار جریان خون مغزی، مراقبت پرستاری در زمینه پیش‌گیری و کنترل حملات تشنجی، مراقبت پرستاری در زمینه پیش‌گیری و کنترل عفونت‌های مغزی و مراقبت پرستاری در زمینه پیش‌گیری و کنترل آسیب‌های ثانویه خارج جمجمه&raquo;</span></span></em><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کارکنان پرستاری بخش‌های اورژانس، اعصاب و مراقبت‌های ویژه می‌ﺗﻮانند با استفاده از توصیه‌های این راﻫﻨﻤﺎ، بخشی از نیازهای مراقبتی مصدومان سر را ﻣﺮﺗﻔﻊ نموده و از این طریق ﺑﻪ ارﺗﻘﺎی وضعیت سلامت آنان کمک کنند</span></span></em><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span></span></em><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background & Aim:</strong> Traumatic brain injury management focuses on the prevention and treatment of secondary brain injuries. The aim of this study was to adapt a clinical guideline (CG) for nursing care of secondary brain injuries in adults.<br> <strong>Methods & Materials:</strong> This study was carried out through a multi-stage evolutionary study at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2017. Based on the opinions of experts using AGREE tool, the quality of 8 out of 13 CGs for the treatment and care of head injuries was assessed as optimal. These were used in drafting the adaptive CG. In addition, 12 CGs, 13 articles and 5 books were used to complete the recommendations of the mentioned guideline. The CG draft was evaluated using the Delphi method and the panel of experts.
