fa فریاد خاموش : تجربه والدین از مراقبت کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> زمینه و هدف </i></strong><i>کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی در مراحل مختلف رشد و تکامل نیازمند مراقبت و توجه دایمی می‌باشند. والدین کودکان مبتلا در تلاش شبانه‌روزی جهت مراقبت از کودکشان و به استقلال رساندن وی، مشکلاتی را تجربه می‌کنند. به منظور کشف این تجربیات، مطالعه حاضر انجام یافته است. </i></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> روش بررسی: </i></strong><i>این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی، به روش تحلیل محتوا، براساس نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف با مشارکت 19 تن از والدین کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز توانبخشی شهر تهران در سال 1391-1390 انجام گرفت. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با هریک از والدین جمع‌آوری و به روش استقرایی </i><i>(Induction method) </i><i>مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفت. </i></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> یافته‌ه </i></strong><i>ا: یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها سه طبقه &quot;زندگی توام با سختی&quot;، &quot;در ابهام بودن&quot;، &quot;نیاز به حمایت شدن&quot; را به همراه زیر طبقات &quot;فشار جسمی&quot; ، &quot;فشار روانی &ndash; عاطفی&quot; ، &quot;بار مالی&quot; ، &quot;ایجاد محدودیت در فعالیت اجتماعی&quot;، &quot;مواجهه با ندانسته‌ها&quot; ، &quot;فقدان راهنما&quot; ، &quot;نیاز به کمک متخصصان و افراد حرفه‌ای&quot;، &quot;نیاز به پشتیبانی عاطفی -معنوی&quot; ، &quot;نیاز به نگه‌داری و مراقبت از کودک&quot; ، آشکار نمود. </i></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> نتیجه‌گیری: </i></strong><i><i>والدین طی مراقبت دایمی از کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی با موقعیت‌های متنوع و جدیدی روبرو می‌شوند و با عدم بهره‌مندی کافی از حمایت‌های خانوادگی و اجتماعی، سختی و سرگشتگی را تجربه می‌کنند. </i></i></p> <p style="DIRECTION: rtl"><i><i>&nbsp;<i>&nbsp;</i></i></i></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Background & Aim: </strong>Children with cerebral palsy need permanent care and attention in various stages of growth and development. The parents experience problems in taking care of these children and making them independent. This study was conducted to explore these experiences.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Methods & Materials : </strong>This qualitative study was conducted in 2011-2012 using content analysis. Purposeful sampling was used to recruit 19 parents of children with cerebral palsy referred to rehabilitation centers in Tehran. The data were gathered using in-depth and semi-structured interviews and were analyzed inductively.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Results: </strong>Data analysis results revealed three original categories including &quot;life with hardness&quot; ، &quot;being in ambiguity&quot; ، and &quot;need to be supported&quot; ، and several subcategories including &quot;physical strain&quot; ، &quot;psycho-emotional strain&quot; ، financial burden&quot; ، &quot;restriction in social activities&quot; &quot;facing with anonymous&quot; ، &quot;lack of having an advisor&quot; ، &quot;need to get help from professionals and specialists&quot; ، &quot;need to have emotional- spiritual support&quot; ، and &quot;need to have help in caring the child&quot;.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Conclusion : </strong>Parents in permanent care of children with cerebral palsy face with new and various situations consistently and experience difficulty and bewilderment because of insufficient family and social support.
