other واکاوی نیازهای آموزشی مادران شیرده در راستای مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی خدمات مشاوره ای آموزشی: یک مطالعه تحلیل محتوای کیفی Exploring the educational needs of breastfeeding mothers for the management and optimization of educational consultative services: A qualitative content analysis study مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: تغذیه با شیر مادر یک اولویت ارتقای سلامت است، زیرا پیامدهای کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدتی بر سلامت مادران و شیرخواران دارد. نرخ شیردهی به طور مداوم در سراسر جهان کاهش یافته است. بنابراین حفظ، ارتقا و حمایت از شیردهی به عنوان یک اولویت بهداشت عمومی در نظر گرفته میشود. این مطالعه با هدف واکاوی نیازهای آموزشی مادران شیرده در راستای مدیریت و بهینهسازی خدمات مشاورهای- آموزشی انجام گرفته است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه در سال 1398 تا 1400 با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی در پنج مرکز بهداشتی و چهار بیمارستان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام گرفت که در آن 25 مادر شیرده، 2 عضو خانواده و 9 نفر از کارکنان بهداشتی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و در مصاحبههای عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته شرکت کردند. نمونهگیری تا رسیدن به اشباع دادهها ادامه یافت. داده‌ها براساس رویکرد الو و کینگاس و با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA 2010 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. برای اطمینان و دقت دادهها از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: «خدمات آموزشی- مشاوره‌ای» طبقه‌ای بود که در فرآیند تحلیل پدیدار شد و خود شامل دو طبقه اولیه «مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی آموزشی» و «خدمات جامع مشاوره‌ای» بود. این دو طبقه اولیه بیانگر نیازهای آموزشی و مشاوره‌ای ادراک ‌شده مادران بودند که خود پنج زیرطبقه «ضرورت آموزش در زمان و مکان مناسب»، «لزوم استفاده از رویکردهای ترکیبی در آموزش»، «لزوم ارایه مشاوره شیردهی»، «لزوم ارایه مشاوره روان‌شناسی در دوران شیردهی» و «لزوم ارایه مشاوره جنسی در دوران شیردهی» را شامل می‌شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: مادران برای تداوم شیردهی نیاز به خدمات آموزشی- مشاورهای دارند. توجه به این نیازها در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت خدمات آموزشی- مشاوره‌ای می‌تواند منجر به بهینه‌سازی مراقبت‌های دوران شیردهی شود.   Background & Aim: Breastfeeding is a health promotion priority due to its short‑term and long‑term health implications for both mothers and infants. However, breastfeeding rates have consistently declined worldwide. Therefore, the protection, promotion, and support of breastfeeding are considered public health priorities. This study aimed to explore the educational needs of breastfeeding mothers to inform the management and optimization of educational‑consultative services. Methods & Materials: This qualitative content analysis study was conducted between 2019 and 2021 in five health centers and four hospitals affiliated with Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. A total of 25 breastfeeding mothers, 2 family members, and 9 health personnel were selected through purposive sampling and participated in semi‑structured in‑depth interviews. Sampling continued until data saturation was achieved. Data were analyzed using the Elo and Kingas approach with the assistance of MAXQDA 2010 software. Trustworthiness was established based on Guba and Lincoln's criteria. Results: The category of "educational‑consultative services" emerged from the analysis, which comprised two main subcategories: "management and optimization of education" and "comprehensive consultative services". These two subcategories reflected the perceived educational and consultative needs of mothers, encompassing five sub‑subcategories: "the need for education at the appropriate time and place", "the need for combined educational approaches", "the need for breastfeeding counseling", "the need for psychological counseling during breastfeeding", and "the need for sexual counseling during breastfeeding". Conclusion: Mothers require educational‑consultative services to sustain breastfeeding.
