fa شناسایی و تعیین محتوی هیدروکربن های آروماتیک چند حلقه ای در خاک سطحی نورالدین آباد شهرستان گرمسار Identification and determination of amounts of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the surface soil of Nuruddin Abad in Garmsar عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: هیدروکربن های آروماتیک چند حلقه ای (PAHs) آلاینده های فراگیر با قابلیت ناهنجاری زایی، جهش زایی و سرطان زایی هستند که وجود آنها در محیط و یا قرار گرفتن در معرض آنها می تواند خطرات بالقوهای را برای محیط زیست و سلامت انسان به دنبال داشته باشد. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و تعیین مقادیر ترکیبات PAHs در نمونه های خاک سطحی محل دفع پسماندهای حاصل از فعالیت واحدهای تصفیه روغن (نورالدین آباد شهرستان گرمسار) در سال 1400 انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش، نمونه های خاک سطحی از 8 ایستگاه منتخب در محدوده مورد مطالعه جمع آوری شد. پس از استخراج آنالیت ها به روش سوکسله، از روش کروماتوگرافی گازی-آشکارساز یونش شعله ای (GC-FID) برای شناسایی و تعیین محتوای ترکیبات PAHs در نمونه ها استفاده شد. پردازش آماری داده ها نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که غلظت ترکیبات نفتالن (Nap)، اسنافتن (Ace)، بنزو (ب) فلوئورانتین (BbF)، دی بنزو (آاچ) آنتراسن (DBA)، بنزو (جی اچ آی) پیریلین (BP) و ایندنوپیرن (Ind) کمتر از حد کمی شدن روش اندازه گیری mg/kg 0/01> است. مجموع غلظت 16 ترکیب PAHs در خاک ایستگاه های مورد مطالعه از mg/kg 56/55 تا mg/kg 92/06 متغیر بود. نتیجه گیری: مقایسه میانگین محتوی همه ترکیبات PAHs شناسایی شده در نمونه ها با بیشینه رواداری (MAC) استانداردهای کیفیت منابع خاک سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست ایران نشان داد که مقادیر ترکیبات اسنافتیلن (Acy)، فلورن (Flu)، فنانترن (Phen)، آنتراسن (Ant)، فلوئورانتین (Flt)، پیرن (Pyr)، کریزین (Chr)، بنزو(آ)آنتراسن (BaA)، بنزو (کا) فلوئورانتین (BkF) و بنزو (آ) پیرن (BaP) بیشتر از حد مجاز بوده است. همچنین، مقایسه میانگین محتوی همه ترکیبات PAHs شناسایی شده در نمونه ها با بیشینه رواداری وزارت بهداشت، رفاه و ورزش هلند نشان داد که مقادیر ترکیبات Acy، Flu، Phen، Ant، Pyr، Chr، BaA، BkF و BaP بیشتر از بیشینه رواداری بوده است. بنابراین با توجه به تجاوز میانگین غلظت تعدادی از ترکیبات شناسایی شده از حد مجاز، به منظور حفظ سلامت محیط و انسان به اعمال اقدامات اصلاحی و پاکسازی خاک براساس استانداردهای پاکسازی آلودگی خاک سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست ایران توصیه می شود. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are ubiquitous pollutants with teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic potential, which can pose potential risks to the environment and human health. Therefore, this study was conducted for the analysis of PAHs compounds content in surface soil samples of the disposal site of the wastes resulting from the activity of oil refining units (Nuruddin Abad, Garmsar) in 2022. Materials and Methods: In this research, surface soil samples were collected from 8 sampling sites in the study area. After the extraction of analytes based on the soxhlet method, the gas chromatography/flame ionization detector (GC-FID) method was used for the determination of PAHs compounds in the samples. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software. Results: The results showed that the concentrations of Naphthalene (Nap), Acenaphthene (Ace), Benzo[b]fluoranthene (BbF), Dibenz[a,h]anthracen (DBA), Benzo[g,h,i]perylene (BP) and Indeno[1,2,3‐c,d]pyren (Ind) were less than the quantification limit of the measurement method <0.01 mg/kg. total concentrations of 16 PAHs compounds ranged from 56.55 to 92.06 mg/kg. Conclusion: The results showed that the concentrations of Acenaphthylene (Acy), Fluorene (Flu), Phenanthrene (Phen), Anthracene (Ant), Fluoranthene (Flt), Pyrene (Pyr), Chrysene (Chr), Benz[a]anthracene (BaA), Benzo[k]fluoranthene (BkF), Benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) were higher than MPC established by the Iranian Department of Environment. Also, the concentrations of Acy, Flu, Phen, Ant, Pyr, Chr, BaA, BkF, and BaP were higher than MPC established by MHWS.
