fa ارزیابی مخاطرات اکولوژیکی و انسانی ناشی از برخی فلزات سنگین در گردوغبار مدارس ابتدایی مناطق منتخب شهر مشهد Ecological and human risk assessment of some heavy metals in the dust of elementary schools in selected areas of Mashhad city عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: ذرات گردوغبار در محیط های شهری معمولاً آلوده به فلزات سنگین است و این آلاینده ها برای سلامتی انسان ها و به‌خصوص کودکان نگران کننده است. یکی از محیط هایی که باعث مواجهه کودکان با ذرات گردوغبار می شود، مدارس است. بنابراین هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین و ارزیابی خطر سلامتی فلزات سنگین در گردوغبار مدارس شهر مشهد است. روش بررسی: نمونه‌های گردوغبار از 27 مدرسه در پاییز 1401 با استفاده از یک برس قلم مویی جمع آوری شد. با استفاده از پلاسمای جفت شده القایی غلظت فلزات تعیین و با استفاده از شاخص های زمین انباشتگی (Igeo)، فاکتور آلودگی (CF)، شاخص بار آلودگی (PLI)، شاخص غنی شدگی (EF)، خطر زیست محیطی بالقوه (PERI) و شاخص های خطر سلامت مانند  HQو HI سطوح آلودگی برآورد گردید. یافته ها: میانگین غلظت عناصر Co، Fe، Ca ، Al، Pb و Ba به ترتیب 9/63، 18538/58، 84017/79، 11270/42، 32/07 و µg/g 111/56 بودند. مقادیر شاخص های Igeo بین 3/69- تا 1/51 و CF بین 0/16  تا 4/26 بودند. نتایج شاخص های آلودگی نشان داد که اکثر عناصر مورد مطالعه در طبقات اول آنها یعنی درجه آلودگی ناچیز یا کم قرار داشتند. مقادیر شاخص  های HQ و HI نیز کمتر از 1 بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی می توان بیان کرد که غلظت های عناصر مورد مطالعه، نگران کننده نبود و در مجموع در سطوح غیر آلوده قرار داشتند و همچنین خطری بالقوه برای سلامتی به واسطه مواجهه با عناصر مورد مطالعه وجود نداشت.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Dust particles in urban environments are often contaminated with heavy metals, posing significant health risks, particularly to children. Schools are one of the environments where children are exposed to dust particles. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the concentration of heavy metals in the dust collected from Mashhad schools and to assess the associated health risks. Materials and Methods: Dust samples were collected from 27 schools in the fall of 2022 using a brush.  The values of various indices were estimated, including the geoaccumulation index (Igeo), contamination factor (CF), pollution load index (PLI), enrichment index (EF), potential ecological risk index (PERI), and health risk indices such as hazard quotient (HQ) and hazard index (HI). Results: The average concentrations of cobalt (Co), iron (Fe), calcium (Ca), aluminum (Al), lead (Pb), and barium (Ba) were 9.63, 18538.58, 84017.79, 11270.42, 32.07 and 111.56 µg/g, respectively. The Igeo values ranged from -3.69 to 1.51, while the CF values ranged from 0.16 to 4.26. The results of the pollution indices indicated that most of the studied elements were at the first level of pollution, suggesting that the degree of pollution was negligible or low. Additionally, the HQ and HI values were both less than 1.
