fa اختیار در فرایند فناوری همسان سازی انسانی پژوهشي Research همسان­سازی انسانی از جدیدترین و پیشرفته­ترین فناوری­های بشر در زمینه‌ی علوم پزشکی و ژنتیک به­شمار می­رود. همسان‌سازی رؤیای جاودانه‌ زیستن و میل به جاودانگی بشر را تقویت کرد. موفقیت دانشمندان در این زمینه نگرانی­های زیادی برای اندیشمندان، به­ویژه علمای علم اخلاق ایجاد کرده است.<br>همسان­سازی، اعم از حیوانی و انسانی، از زوایای متعدد بررسی شده است اما یک مسأله‌ی اساسی و مهم که در مورد نمونه­های انسانی کم‌تر مورد توجه محققان و اندیشمندان قرار گرفته، مسأله‌ی اختیار فرد همسان شده در روند این فناوری است؛ زیرا کسب رضایت آگاهانه که از اصول مهم اخلاق پزشکی در آزمونی­های انسانی است، امری امکان‌ناپذیر خواهد شد.<br>اختیار، پایه و اساس کمال بشری و فلسفه­ی نزول شریعت الهی است و آن‌چه در این جستار حائز اهمیت می‌باشد سؤال­هایی است از قبیل این‌که آیا این فناوری ناقض اختیار فرد همسان­سازی شده نمی‌باشد؟ آیا دست‌کاری ژنتیکی قبل از تولد، اختیار فرد را نقض نمی­کند؟<br>در این نوشتار با عنوان «اختیار در فرایند فناوری همسان­سازی انسانی» با کمک روش کتابخانه­ای، به تحلیل و بررسی این مسأله می­پردازیم.</p> </span> Human cloning is one of the latest and most complicated developments in the field of medical and genetic sciences that could fulfill man’s dream of eternal life. Scientists’ achievements in this respect, however, have brought about many concerns for thinkers, particularly ethics scholars. Human and animal cloning have been examined from different angles, but one basic aspect of human cloning has received less attention from researchers and scientists, and that is the autonomy of the cloned person the reason is that gaining informed consent, which is one of the most important principles of medical ethics in human experiments, is impossible in the case of human clones. Free will lies at the core of human perfection and divine revelation, and one important issue that the present study concerns itself with is whether or not technologies such as cloning or embryonic genetic modification violate the autonomy of cloned persons.
