fa اولویت‌های اخلاق پزشکی: نتایج یک مطالعه کشوری پژوهشي Research تلاش در جهت تقویت مبانی اخلاق پزشکی در کشور باید با توجه به نیازها، انتظارات مخاطبان، جهت‌گیری‌های اجتماعی و براساس تعیین اولویت‌های آن صورت گیرد. در این پژوهش با ارسال پرسشنامه‌ای حاوی بیست عنوان از موضوعات اخلاق پزشکی، اولویت‌های این حوزه از دیدگاه مدرسان، محققان و سیاست‌گذاران حوزه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی در سطح ملی تعیین شده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش در تعیین اولویت‌های اخلاق پزشکی در کشور، ایجاد یک رویکرد علمی به مباحث و چالش‌های اخلاق پزشکی در سطح ملی براساس نظر اندیشمندان این حوزه و تلاش در جهت پاسخ به هر یک از موضوعات با توجه به اولویت کشوری آن است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ده اولویت اول اخلاق پزشکی در کشور به‌ترتیب شامل: حقوق بیماران، رابطه‌ی پزشک و بیمار، عدالت در توزیع منابع سلامت، اتونومی و رضایت آگاهانه، رابطه‌ی مالی پزشک و بیمار، کمیته‌های اخلاق بیمارستانی، ملاحظات اخلاقی در سلامت عمومی، تقویت و ظرفیت‌سازی در آموزش اخلاق پزشکی، ملاحظات اخلاقی در آموزش پزشکی، و موضوع اخلاق در پژوهش‌های پزشکی<strong> </strong>می‌باشد.<strong></strong></p> </span> Attempts to promote medical ethics principles on the national level should be consistent with the needs, expectations of the target audience, social orientations and determination of priorities. The present study was conducted through distribution of a questionnaire containing twenty medical ethics topics, and thus the priorities of instructors, researchers and policy makers regarding medical ethics were determined on a national level. Through determination of medical ethics priorities in the country, the study aimed to encourage a scientific approach to the issues and challenges faced throughout the nation based on the opinions of thinkers of this field, and to help resolve each of those issues according to national priorities.
