fa ابعاد هوش اخلاقی در حرفه‌ی پرستاری یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- مقطعی در شرق ایران پژوهشي Research هوش اخلاقی یکی از ابعاد هوش است که می‌تواند چارچوبی را برای عمکلرد صحیح انسان‌ها فراهم آورده و به‌عنوان یک عامل پیش‌بینی کننده‌ی رفتارشان محسوب شود. در این میان عملکرد پرستاران به‌واسطه‌ی ماهیت انسانی و اخلاقی حرفه‌شان از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است و چه بسا پایبندی آن ها به اصول اخلاقی ضمن ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت، باعث بهبود عملکرد سازمانی نیز شود. لذا با توجه به این‌که عملکرد اخلاقی افراد به میزان زیادی متأثر از معیارهای ذهنی اخلاقی از جمله هوش اخلاقی‌شان است، در مطالعه‌ی حاضر به بررسی هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران پرداخته شده است. مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- مقطعی حاضر بر روی 400 پرستار از بیمارستان‌های آموزشی استان خراسان جنوبی صورت گرفته است. واحدهای مورد پژوهش به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها توسط پرسشنامه‌ی هوش اخلاقی Lennik & Kiel جمع‌آوری شده و سپس توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 16 و با استفاده از تست‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از آن است که نمره‌ی کل هوش اخلاقی 56/0±39/4 (از دامنه‌ی 5-1) بوده است. هم‌چنین، بین هوش اخلاقی و متغیرهای سن و تعداد سال‌های خدمت رابطه‌ی مثبت معنی‌دار وجود دارد (05/0 P<). سطوح مطلوب هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران می‌تواند حاکی از اهمیت کسب ارزش‌های اخلاقی نزد آن‌ها و هم‌چنین، به‌طور غیر مستقیم، نمودی از عمکلرد اخلاقی پرستاران در محیط‌های درمانی باشد. Moral intelligence is one of the dimensions of intelligence that can provide a framework for the proper function of man, and be used as a predictor for people’s conduct. Nurses’ performance is of great importance because of the moral and human nature of their profession, and their adherence to ethical principles improves the nursing care quality as well as organizational performance. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess moral intelligence in nurses.This cross-sectional study was conducted on 400 nurses from teaching hospitals in South Khorasan. Participants were selected through census method. Data were collected by Lennik & Kiel’s moral intelligence questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 16 software and descriptive and analytical statistics tests. The results suggest that the nurses’ moral intelligence score was 4.35 ± 0.56 (range: 1-5).
