fa نگرش پزشکان و پرستاران بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در مورد همکاری با یکدیگر درسال 1392 اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research برای مواجهه با چالش‌های امروز نظام سلامت، یکی از مهم‌ترین نیازها، تقویت همکاری بین‌رشته‌ای است. در میان مشاغل گوناگونی که در بخش سلامت فعالیت می‌کنند، همکاری پزشک و پرستار اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. با این‌وجود به‌نظر می‌رسد همکاری پرستار و پزشک بیش‌تر در مطالب درسی به چشم می‌خورد و این همکاری در محیط کار واقعی و بالینی با چالش‌هایی همراه است. این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی – تحلیلی با هدف تعیین نگرش پزشکان و پرستاران بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در زمینه‌ی همکاری با یکدیگر و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌یJefferson پس از ترجمه‌ی روان و تعیین روایی و پایایی، بر روی 223 پزشک و پرستار (59 پزشک و 164 پرستار) انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 18 تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شد.نتایج پژوهش نشان داد پرستاران نگرش مثبت‌تری (49/3 میانگین نگرش پرستاران) به مفهوم همکاری با یکدیگر نسبت به پزشکان (12/3 میانگین نگرش پزشکان) دارند (02/0P=). هم‌چنین، بین نگرش پزشکان و پرستاران نسبت به همکاری با یکدیگر در گویه‌های مختلف پرسش‌نامه (06/5f= 02/0 P=) به‌جز حیطه‌ی استقلال پرستاران (95/0f= 32/0P=) اختلاف معنی‌دار مشاهده شد. با توجه به این‌که ارتباط مناسب پزشک و پرستار و توافق آن‌ها در امر برنامه‌ریزی مراقبتی بیماران در افزایش کیفیت مراقبت بسیار مؤثر است و از طرف دیگر عدم مشارکت و همکاری آنان منجر به استرس در محیط کار می‌شود، باید آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت برای پزشکان و پرستاران با توجه به اهمیت همکاری بین تیم درمان و مراقبت، در برنامه‌ی درسی دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری گنجانده شود تا از این طریق دیدگاه سنتی به نقش‌ پرستاران تغییر یابد و پرستاران بتوانند به‌طور مؤثری به ایفای نقش حرفه‌ای خود بپردازند و با همکاری بیش‌تر با پزشکان، هم افزایی نقش‌ها افزایش یافته و کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران ارتقا یابد. In order to face the challenges of today’s health system, it is extremely important to promote collaborations among disciplines. Nevertheless, it seems that nurses and physicians cooperate more effectively in academic areas, and their partnership in the actual work place and clinical settings is associated with challenges.This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the attitudes of doctors and nurses in hospitals affiliated with Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences toward collaboration with each other. For this purpose, the Jefferson Scale of attitudes toward physician-nurse collaboration was used after it was translated and its validity and reliability were examined on 59 physicians and 164 nurses. Data were analyzed using the SPSS software version 18.The results showed a more positive attitude toward the concept of collaboration among nurses (3.49) than physicians (3.12) (P = 0.02). Moreover, a significant difference was observed between the attitudes of physicians and nurses toward working together across various items of the questionnaire (F = 5.06, P = 0.02), with the exception of the area of nursing autonomy (F = 0.95, P = 0.32).An appropriate nurse-physician relationship and agreement over treatment plans can increase the quality of care, and lack of cooperation can lead to stress in the workplace. Therefore, in-service training for doctors and nurses and attention to the importance of cooperation among members of the medical team must be incorporated into the nursing and medical curriculum. Thus, the traditional views on the role of nurses will change, and nurses will be able to perform their professional duties more effectively.
