fa پزشکی از راه دور: مروری بر مزایا، معایب و چالش‌های اخلاقی اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics مروری Review <p>امروزه فناوری ارتباط الکترونیکی مدل جدیدی از ارتباط پزشک و بیمار را مطرح می‌کند. ارتباط درست و مؤثر پزشک و بیمار می‌تواند نقش بسیار مهمی در روند درمانی بیماران داشته باشد. این شکل جدید ارتباطی می‌تواند با بهبود دسترسی به خدمات و ارائه‌ی ارزان و سریع آن، فارغ از مرزهای جغرافیایی نقش مهمی در جهت ارتقاء نظام سلامت ایفا ‌کند. هم‌چنین، با ارائه‌ی خدمات به نقاط محروم و دورافتاده و در زمان‌های بحرانی نقش مهمی در جهت تحقق عدالت در جامعه داشته باشد. برای تحقق این امر شناخت ملاحظات اخلاقی خاص این نوع جدید ارتباطی نیز امری ضروری محسوب می‌شود. در واقع، این نوع ارتباط، به‌دلیل شکل و ماهیت مجازی آن نیازمند شناسایی و رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی خاص خود است تا با مد نظر قرار دادن این نکات، راه رسیدن به اهداف و مزایای مطرح در آن هموار شود. نمونه‌های موفق پزشکی از راه دور در سراسر جهان کم نیستند و استفاده از این تکنولوژی راه حل کمکی برای فرآیند درمانی و ارائه‌ی خدمات سلامت محسوب می‌شود. از سوی دیگر، استفاده از این تکنولوژی در ایران، با توجه به وسعت جغرافیایی آن، می‌تواند در پاره‌ای از موارد امکان دسترسی افراد را به مشاوره و خدمات پزشکی لازم فراهم کند. بنابراین، شناسایی چالش‌های اخلاقی آن در حوزه‌های مختلف از جمله رضایت، رازداری و حریم خصوصی و تعهدات حرفه‌ی پزشکی و پیش‌بینی تمهیدات لازم در این زمینه، بسیار مهم و نیازمند توجه ویژه از سوی مسؤولان است تا بهترین و مناسب‌ترین استفاده از این شکل ارتباطی جدید صورت گیرد.</p> <p>Nowadays, electronic communications technology propounds new forms of the patient-physician relationship in the field of medicine. Effective communication between the patient and the physician can play a crucial role in the process of treatment. This new form of communication greatly influences promotion of the health system by improving access to inexpensive and fast services regardless of geographic boundaries. In times of crisis, telemedicine plays an important role in delivering health services to deprived areas in a just manner. Usage of communications technology is inevitable, and due to the virtual nature of this kind of medical communication, recognition of certain ethical considerations seems essential. Successful examples of telemedicine are abundant throughout the world and usage of this technology is a helping solution for inadequacies in the healthcare system.
