fa واکاوی بایسته های اخلاقی در زمینه‌ی سرطان های کودکان اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics گزارش مورد case report <p>بایسته‌های اخلاقی در زمینه‌ی سرطان‌های کودکان، یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل مطرح در خدمات پزشکی است. هدف این مطالعه، واکاوی این مسأله بود. مطالعه‌ی حاضر، بر مبنای یک نمونه در گراند راند اخلاق پزشکی مرکز طبی کودکان تهران انجام شده است. نمونه‌ی معرفی شده، یک دختر 13 ساله است که 5 سال پیش برای وی تشخیص سرطان تخمدان چپ داده شده بود. بیمار اظهار کرد که از طرف خانواده، پزشکان و سایر کارکنان درمانی در جریان بیماری و نوع عمل جراحی قرار نگرفته است. هم‌چنین، خانواده خبر بیماری فرزندشان را انکار می‌کردند. با این حال، بیمار برای سازگار شدن با شرایط پیش آمده تلاش می‌کرد. در نهایت، وی پس از شیمی‌درمانی و جراحی بهبود یافت. یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که کارکنان درمانی می‌توانند در جهت سازگاری بهتر کودک مبتلا به سرطان و خانواده‌ی وی با در نظر داشتن بایسته‌های اخلاقی مرتبط با بیماری، همکاری کنند. این امر با فراهم کردن منابع حمایتی برای کودکان مبتلا به سرطان و خانواده‌های ایشان میسر می‌شود</p> <p>Moral necessities in the field of children’s cancer are among the most important issues in medical services. The present study was conducted to explore this issue based on a case discussed during the medical ethics round in Tehran Children&#39s Medical Center. A 13 year-old girl diagnosed with left ovarian cancer 5 years ago stated that she had not been informed about the disease and the type of surgery by her family, doctors and the medical staff. The family even denied the child’s disease, but she was struggling to adapt to the situation and eventually recovered after chemotherapy and surgery. Findings of the present study showed that through observance of moral necessities, health workers can assist children suffering from cancer and their families to better adapt to the situation.
