fa مروری بر مباحث و نکات اخلاقی درآزمایشگاه تشخیص طبی اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics مروری Review <p>آزمایشگاههای تشخیص پزشکی، به عنوان یکی از ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت، در قبال نفس و جان گیرندگان خدمات (بیماران/ مراجعین) مسئولیتی ویژه دارند. با افزایش روز افزون تعداد و تنوع تستهای آزمایشگاهی در سالهای اخیر، نقش و جایگاه علوم آزمایشگاهی درشناسایی و ارزیابی علل ایجاد بیماریها اهمیت بیشتری پیدا کرده است.انجام آزمایشهای پزشکی در کمال صحت، دقت، سرعت، وبا استفاده از روشهای روز دنیا و هم چنین توجه به حفظ حقوق، رعایت امانت و کرامت انسانی گیرندگان خدمات از جمله اولویت‌ها و ضرورتهایی است که به موازات استقرار سیستمهای مدیریت کیفیت، می‌تواند تاثیر بسزایی در افزایش رضایتمندی مراجعین داشته باشد و از ویژگی‌های یک آزمایشگاه مطلوب به حساب می آید. در هر بعدی از اخلاق پزشکی، انجام دادن کار خوب و عدم انجام کار بد یک اصل مسلم است. در طب آزمایشگاه نیز همانند سطوح دیگر علوم پزشکی،پرسش های اخلاقی بسیاری وجود دارند که با پیشرفت تستهای تشخیصی و مولکولی افزایش پیدا می کنند. متخصصان آزمایشگاه، روزانه با چالش هایی مانند محرمانه بودن اطلاعات بیمار، وهم چنین مسائل مربوط به اخلاق در پژوهش، اخلاق حرفه ای و اخلاق کسب و کار روبه رو هستند.این مطالعه مروری،با گردآوری مباحث حائز اهمیت و رایج در حوزه ی اخلاق پزشکی در آزمایشگاه تشخیص طبی از منابع معتبر سعی در ارتقااطلاعات فعالان این حرفه داشته است، به این هدف که با به کارگیری این مطالب بتوان در ارائه خدمات بهتر آزمایشگاهی گامهای موثرتری برداشت.</p> <p>Medical laboratory is one of the health service providers that intensely responsible for the life of patient / client. With an increase in the number and variety of laboratory tests in recent years, the role of laboratory science in identifying and assessing the cause of disease has been more recognized. Performing the laboratory tests with the utmost accuracy, precision and speed using up to date methods as well as protecting the rights, integrity and respecting human dignity and also the establishment of priorities and the requisites for quality management systems can have a significant impact on patient satisfaction and quality which are the characteristics of a good medical laboratory. The principle concept of doing good and not doing bad is the essence of every code of medical ethics. Therefore, in laboratory medicine like other areas of medical sciences, there are ethical questions that have become more complex with the development of diagnostic tests. Medical laboratory practitioners usually deal with issues of confidentiality of patient information, as well as issues related to research ethics, professional ethics and business ethics.This study has collected important and common topics of medical ethics in laboratory medicine which leads to increase readers&rsquo; and practitioners&rsquo; information in this field.
