fa صلاحیت فرهنگی در آموزش پرستاری: مقاله مروری مروری Review <p dir="RTL">پرستاران روزانه با بیماران زیادی موجه می‌شوند که دارای زمینه‌های فرهنگی و نیازهای مختلفی هستند. تنوع فرهنگ‌ها می‌تواند مانعی برای ارائه خدمات مطلوب مراقبت باشد. صلاحیت فرهنگی پاسخی مناسب به تنوع قومی و فرهنگی موجود در جامعه است. این مطالعه با هدف توصیف مفهوم صلاحیت فرهنگی در آموزش پرستاری انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL">در این مقاله‌ی مروری ابتدا در منابع کتابخانه&shy;ای و اینترنتی مختلف با کلیدواژه‌های فارسی و انگلیسی صلاحیت فرهنگی، آموزش پرستاری و کوریکولوم پرستاری به‌صورت ترکیبی و مجزا، جست‌وجو انجام شد و پس از مرور مقالاتی که با موضوع ارتباط بیش‌تری داشتند انتخاب و مطالب آن‌ها استخراج شد. صلاحیت فرهنگی مجموعه‌ای از دانش، نگرش و مهارت است که همراه با هم به&shy;کار می‌روند و فرد را قادر می‌سازند تا به‌طور مؤثر در شرایط متفاوت فرهنگی کار کند. در این مطالعه ابتدا صلاحیت فرهنگی تعریف شد و سپس فرآیند کسب صلاحیت فرهنگی, عوامل تسهیل‌کننده‌ی کسب شایستگی فرهنگی و موانع آن و پیامدها توضیح داده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL">با توجه به این‌که متغیرهای فرهنگی در کشور ما متأثر از عوامل گوناگونی است، ضروری است که این پدیده در شرایط فرهنگ ما بررسی شود و در خصوص راه&shy;کارهای آموزشی آن در اساتید و دانشجویان برنامه‌ریزی جامعی صورت گیرد.</p> <p>Nurses face numerous patients with different cultural backgrounds and needs on a daily basis. Cultural diversity can be an obstacle in the way of providing quality healthcare services. Cultural competency is the proper response to cultural and ethnic diversity in the society. This research was conducted to define the concept of cultural competency in nursing education.</p> <p>In this study, Persian and English keywords related to cultural competency, nursing education and nursing curriculum were first searched separately and in combination on the internet and in existing literature. Consequently, papers that were more directly related to the topic were chosen and their concepts were extracted. Cultural competency refers to a set of knowledge, views and skills used simultaneously to enable the individual to work efficiently in different cultural conditions. In this study, first cultural competency was defined and then the process of its acquisition, the facilitating factors, barriers and consequences were described.</p> <p>Considering that in Iran cultural variables are affected by many different factors, it seems necessary to investigate cultural competency in the existing cultural conditions.
