fa چالش‌های اخلاقی در داروخانه از دیدگاه اساتید دانشکده‌ی داروسازی و داروسازان شاغل در داروخانه‌های شهر شیراز: مطالعه‌ی کیفی پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">داروسازان، به‌عنوان اعضای جامعه به‌طور کل و هم‌چنین، به‌عنوان اعضای کادر سلامت، در بسیاری از فعالیت‌هایی شرکت دارند که می‌تواند ایشان را در معرض چالش‌های اخلاقی قرار دهد. آن‌ها در حین انجام کار خود ممکن است با مشکلات و مسائلی روبه‌رو شوند که آیا آنچه انجام داده‌اند، درست، مناسب و قانونی است یا نه؟ </span><span dir="RTL">این مطالعه به بررسی چالش‌های اخلاقی از دیدگاه داروسازان داروخانه و اساتید دانشکده‌ی داروسازی شیراز می‌پردازد و </span><span dir="RTL">جنبه‌ی تفسیری و فرایندهای استدلالی آن‌ها از پدیده‌های اجتماعی مانند مسائل اخلاقی و تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی برای مقابله با چنین مشکلاتی </span><span dir="RTL">در داروخانه‌ها و در تعاملات بین داروساز با افرادی که با آن‌ها رابطه دارد </span><span dir="RTL">را مورد </span><span dir="RTL">بررسی قرار می‌دهد</span><span dir="RTL">. </span><span dir="RTL">پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه با</span> <span dir="RTL">رویکرد</span> <span dir="RTL">کیفی، از نوع تحلیل محتواست<strong>.</strong> شرکت‌کنندگان 20 نفر از داروسازان</span> <span dir="RTL">از جامعه‌ی آماری داروسازان شاغل</span> <span dir="RTL">به</span> <span dir="RTL">کار</span> <span dir="RTL">در</span> <span dir="RTL">داروخانه‌های شهر</span> <span dir="RTL">شیراز و اساتید دانشکده‌ی داروسازی بودند.</span> <span dir="RTL">داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختارمند و با نمونه</span> <span dir="RTL">گیری</span> <span dir="RTL">مبتنی</span> <span dir="RTL">بر هدف جمع‌آوری و تا اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت</span>.<span dir="RTL">.</span> <span dir="RTL">تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد</span>. <span dir="RTL">تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه‌</span> <span dir="RTL">با شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه، به استخراج شش مقوله شامل درک داروسازان از مفاهیم کلیدی اخلاق، وظایف و تجربیات داروسازان، روابط با</span> <span dir="RTL">سایر</span> <span dir="RTL">کادر سلامت، داروخانه به‌عنوان یک مکان اقتصادی، تفاوت رعایت اخلاق در داروسازی با پزشکی و پرستاری از دیدگاه داروسازان و چگونگی پاسخ عملی داروسازان در مواجهه با مشکلات اخلاقی، منتج شد. هر کدام از این مقوله‌‌ها، نیز </span><span dir="RTL">به </span><span dir="RTL">زیر مقوله‌های مربوط به موارد خاص چالش‌های اخلاقی در محیط کار، خوشه‌بندی شد.</span> <span dir="RTL">آگاهی از مسائل اخلاقی و دستورالعمل‌های حرفه‌ای، یک بخش اساسی در آموزش ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت است. اهداف گسترده از آموزش اخلاق رسمی در افراد حرفه‌ای، بالا بردن آگاهی آن‌ها از مسائل اخلاقی و دستورالعمل‌های حرفه‌ای و ارائه‌ی یک ساختار برای ارزیابی مشکلات اخلاقی و تصمیم‌گیری مناسب و قابل توجیه است</span>. <span dir="RTL">یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان‌دهنده‌ی نیاز به ایجاد دستورالعمل‌های حرفه‌ای و کدهای اخلاقی برای تجربیات داروخانه‌ای در راستای پوشش دادن همه‌ی مسائل اخلاقی است</span></p> <p>Pharmacists serve as members of both the society and the health care team, which may involve them in activities that could be the subject of ethical query. They can face issues and problems in the workplace that may raise questions as to whether their acts are appropriate, right, just or legal.</p> <p>This study aims to explore ethical issues from the perspective of pharmacists and to examine their reasoning processes regarding social phenomena such as ethical challenges. Moreover, it explores the ethical decision-making strategies that pharmacists employ when dealing with such problems in pharmacies and in their interactions with people.</p> <p>This&nbsp;was a qualitative content analysis study. The participants were chosen using purposeful sampling from community pharmacists and the academic staff of the School of Pharmacy at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. The data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with 20 individuals and analyzed using content analysis approach.</p> <p>Analysis of the interviews led to extraction of the following six categories: pharmacists&#39; understanding of key ethical concepts; pharmacists&#39; experiences and duties; relationship with other health professionals; the pharmacy as a commercial setting; the difference between the practice of ethics in pharmacy, medicine and nursing from the perspective of pharmacists; and the actual response of pharmacists in confronting ethical problems.&nbsp; Each of the above-mentioned categories were further divided into sub-classifications describing specific ethical challenges in pharmacy practice</p> <p>Awareness of ethical issues and professional guidelines is a fundamental part of the education of health care professionals and provides a structure that will enable them to assess ethical problems and make appropriate, justifiable decisions.
