fa رابطه بین هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی پرستاران پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">پرستاران نقش مهمی در ارائه‌ی خدمات بهداشتی دارند. بهزیستی روان‌شناختی پرستاران با بهبود عملکرد شغلی آن&shy;ها همراه است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه&shy;ی بین هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی پرستاران بود.</p> <p dir="RTL">این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. تعداد 128 پرستار از بیمارستان‌های شهر بجنورد در سال 1393 به شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسشنامه‌ی هوش معنوی <span dir="LTR">King</span>، مقیاس هوش اخلاقی <span dir="LTR">Lennick & Kiel</span> و مقیاس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی <span dir="LTR">Ryff</span> پاسخ دادند. داده‌های جمع&shy;آوری شده با ضریب همبستگی <span dir="LTR">Pearson</span> و تحلیل رگرسیون و با استفاده از نرم&shy;افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه‌ی 18 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</p> <p dir="RTL">نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بین هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌دار وجود دارد(01/0><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em>). هم‌چنین، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی می‌توانند 26 درصد از واریانس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی را به‌طور معنی‌داری پیش بینی کنند (01/0><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em>).</p> <p dir="RTL">با توجه به رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌دار بین هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی پرستاران، پیشنهاد می‌شود که در برنامه‌های مبتنی بر ارتقای سلامت روان پرستاران، به این عوامل توجه ویژه شود.</p> <p>It is an undeniable fact that nurses have an important role in the provision of health services. The psychological well-being of nurses is associated with an improvement in their job performance. The aim of this research was to survey the relationship between spiritual and moral intelligence and the psychological well-being of nurses.</p> <p>This was a descriptive-correlational study conducted on 128 nurses working in hospitals of Bojnourd during 2013. The subjects were selected through availability sampling and responded to King&rsquo;s Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory, <em>Lennick </em>and<em> Kiel</em>&rsquo;s Moral Competency Inventory and Ryff&rsquo;s Scales of Psychological Well-being. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson&rsquo;s correlation coefficient and regression analysis using SPSS software version 18.</p> <p>The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between spiritual and moral intelligence and psychological well-being (<em>P</em><0.01).
