fa ویرایش 2013 بیانیه‌ی هلسینکی و چالش‌ها و تغییرات آن نسبت به ویرایش 2008 اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics نامه به سر دبیر Letter to Editor <p dir="RTL">بیانیه‌ی هلسینکی یکی از مهم‌ترین اسناد بین‌المللی اخلاق در پژوهش بر روی نمونه‌های انسانی است که تاکنون 7 بار و آخرین بار در سال 2013 مورد بازنگری قرار گرفته‌است. ویرایش سال 2013 شامل چندین تغییر مهم است و در بخش‌های روشن‌تر و دقیق‌تری سازمان یافته‌است. آگاهی پژوهشگران و سایر افراد مرتبط با پژوهش از آخرین تغییرات این اصول و دسترسی آسان به ترجمه‌ی صحیحی از آن در رعایت آخرین استانداردهای اخلاقی حائز اهمیت است. لذا در این مطالعه ترجمه‌ی آخرین ویرایش این بیانیه با ترجمه‌ی ویرایش قبلی مقایسه شده‌است تا با بررسی تغییرات و چالش‌های موجود در آخرین نسخه در بازبینی کدهای اخلاقی درون کشور نیز کمک‌کننده باشد.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">از تغییرات ویرایش 2013&nbsp; می</span>‌<span dir="RTL">توان به تأکید بیش‌تر بر حمایت از افراد آسیب‌پذیر اشاره کرد. هم‌چنین، در این ویرایش یک بند مستقل در رابطه با جبران آسیب و درمان صدمات ناشی از پژوهش اضافه شده‌است. کسب رضایت آگاهانه حتی در مورد استفاده از نمونه‌های موجود در زیست‌بانک و تمهیدات لازم پس از کارآزمایی از دیگر مواردی است که در نسخه‌ی جدید بر آن‌ها تأکید شده‌است</span></p> <p>The Declaration of Helsinki is one of the most important international documents in medical research ethics on human subjects which has been revised 7 times and the last revision was in 2013. Researchers must be informed of the principle of Helsinki declaration and the latest changes in order to respect the rights of participants in medical research. In this study, the last version of the declaration are compared with the previous version (2008). The evaluation of the changes and challenges of the final revision can be helpful in modification of the ethical codes of our country. The 2013 version included a number of important changes; it has been categorized into more clear and detailed sections. So this version has a better structure and more practical as well. The 2013 version places more emphasis on vulnerable groups and includes a separate section on the compensation and treatment of injuries due to research.
