fa نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به کدهای اخلاق، التزام به اخلاق در مراقبت و عدم صداقت علمی در دانشکده‌ی علوم پزشکی آبادان سال 1395 پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">اخلاق در مراقبت، هسته‌ی مرکزی ارزش‌های پرستاری است و مفهومی مبنایی در حرفه‌ی پرستاری به‌شمار می‌رود و از آن‌جا که نوع نگرش نسبت به آن می‌تواند کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد، این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی با هدف تعیین نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به کدهای اخلاق پرستاری، التزام به اخلاق در مراقبت و عدم صداقت علمی طی نمونه‌گیری سرشماری میان 150 دانشجوی پرستاری دانشکده‌ی علوم پزشکی آبادان در سال 1395 انجام شده‌است. پس از اخذ رضایت آگاهانه، پرسشنامه‌ی</span><span dir="RTL"> طراحی‌شده توسط </span>McCrink &nbsp;<span dir="RTL">در سه بخش: 1) اطلاعات دموگرافیک 2) نگرش نسبت به کدهای اخلاق، التزام به اخلاق و رفتارهای خنثی کننده، 3) نگرش نسبت به عدم صداقت علمی توسط دانشجویان تکمیل شد. آمار توصیفی، آزمون </span>Chi-Square<span dir="RTL"> و ضریب همبستگی </span>Pearson<span dir="RTL"> در نرم‌افزار </span>SPSS<span dir="RTL"> نسخه‌ی 21 جهت آنالیز داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیش‌ترین نگرش مثبت دانشجویان نسبت به کدهای اخلاق پرستاری و التزام به اخلاق در مراقبت بود و بیش‌ترین نگرش منفی نسبت به رفتارهای خنثی‌کننده بود. کم‌تر از نیمی از شرکت‌کنندگان نسبت به عدم صداقت علمی نگرش منفی داشتند و حدود 40 درصد از دانشجویان وجود عدم صداقت علمی در همکلاسی‌ها را گزارش کردند. کدهای اخلاق که از ارزش‌های اخلاقی در کلاس درس و بالین است باید به‌عنوان اجزا اصلی برنامه‌های آموزشی مورد توجه قرار گیرد و از بدو ورود آموزش داده</span></p> <p>Ethics of care are the central core of nursing values and a fundamental concept in the nursing profession. Since the outlook of nurses on ethics can affect the quality of care, the present study was conducted to investigate the attitude of nursing students to codes of ethics for nurses, their commitment to ethics of care, and academic dishonesty in Abadan School of Medical Sciences.&nbsp;</p> <p>This descriptive analytical study was performed among 150 nursing students of Abadan School of Medical Sciences by census sampling in 2016. After giving their informed consent, the students completed the questionnaire designed by McCrink in 3 sections: 1) demographic information, 2) attitude to ethics codes, commitment to ethics of care and neutralization behaviors, and 3) outlook on academic dishonesty. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics, chi-square test and Pearson&rsquo;s correlation coefficient in SPSS version 21.</p> <p>The results showed that the students had the most positive attitude to ethics codes and commitment to ethics of care, and the most negative attitude to neutralization behaviors. Less than half of the participants had a negative outlook on academic dishonesty. Moreover, about 40 percent of the students reported academic dishonesty among their classmates. Ethics codes are moral values in academic and clinical settings and should therefore be considered as major components of initial nursing education programs.
