fa تعارض منافع در دندان‌پزشکی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:lotus;">بروز اَشکال مختلف روابط اقتصادی و تمایل حرفه‌مندان به کسب درآمد بیشتر، باعث ایجاد چالش‌های جدید در حرفه‌ی دندان‌پزشکی شده است؛ تعارض منافع یکی از این چالش‌هاست. جامعه انتظار دارد دندان‌پزشک در اقدامات حرفه‌ای خود منفعت و سلامت بیماران را در اولویت خود قرار دهد. در تعارض منافع، بین وظایف دندان‌پزشک در قبال بیمار و منافع شخصی‌اش تعارض به وجود می‌آید.</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:lotus;">مهم‌ترین نگرانی موجود، در اولویت قرارگرفتن اهداف تجاری به جای ارائه‌ی خدمات مبتنی بر دانش تخصصی از سوی دندان‌پزشکان است که می‌تواند به تنزل اعتماد بیمار به آنان منجر شود. تعارض منافع ممکن است به اشکال مختلف رخ دهد که از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها می‌توان به سهم‌خواری، خودارجاعی، دریافت هدیه از بیمار و صنعت اشاره کرد که در مقاله‌ی حاضر به صورت چهار نمونه‌ی بالینی بررسی خواهد شد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The emergence of different types of economic relations and the desire of professionals to earn more income has led to new challenges such as conflicts of interest in the dental profession. The community expects dentists to prioritize the health and the interests of their patients in their professional activities. In this regard, one of the most important dilemmas is the confrontation between the professional duties of dentists and their profit. Business goals being preferred rather than providing specialized knowledge services by dentist is a major concern, which can lead to patients&rsquo; distrust.
