fa بررسی ارتباط هوش معنوی و میزان حمایت پرستاران از بیماران در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر خرم‌آباد در سال ۱۳۹۶ پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">حمایت از بیمار یکی از وظایف حیاتی پرستاران است. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین ارتباط هوش معنوی و میزان حمایت پرستاران از بیماران در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر خرم‌آباد در سال ۱۳۹۶ بود. مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌تحلیلی حاضر از نوع همبستگی است و روی ۲۵۰ پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر خرم‌آباد در سال ۱۳۹۶ انجام شده است. معیارهای ورود به این مطالعه، داشتن حداقل مدرک کارشناسی پرستاری و یک‌ سال سابقه‌ی کار بالینی بود. شرکت‌کنندگان در این مطالعه به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. همچنین دو پرسش‌نامه‌ی حمایت حفاظتی هنکس و هوش معنوی کینگ ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات بود. پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها نیز، به روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد.</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;"> spss v.21 </span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. 67.5 درصد (164 نفر) از شرکت‌کنندگان زن و 37.5 درصد (79 نفر) از آنان مرد بودند. 63.9 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان دارای سابقه‌ی کار کمتر از پنج سال بودند. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد میانگین نمره‌ی هوش معنوی پرستاران 11.19</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: lotus;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">80.88 و میانگین نمره‌ی حمایت پرستاران از بیماران 21.41</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: lotus;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">155.73 بود. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، همبستگی معناداری بین نمره‌ی هوش معنوی و حمایت و مؤلفه‌های آن نشان داد (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;">r=0.62</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">)</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;">.</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> هوش معنوی و حمایت از بیمار، با یکدیگر ارتباطی مثبت و معنادار داشتند. ازآنجایی‌که هوش معنوی اکتسابی است با برگزاری کلاس‌ها و کارگاه‌های آموزشی می‌توان هوش معنوی را ارتقا داد و از این طریق موجب افزایش حمایت پرستاران از بیماران و افزایش ایمنی بیماران شد.</span></span></strong></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Patient Advocacy is one of the vital duties of nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and patient advocacy in educational hospitals in Khorramabad during 2017<span dir="RTL">.</span> This was a correlational descriptive-analytic study that was performed on 250 nurses working in educational hospitals in Khorramabad in 2017. The criteria for entering this study included a minimum degree of nursing and one year of clinical work experience. Participants in this study were selected by random sampling method. Data collection tools consisted of Hank&rsquo;s advocacy Questionnaire and King&#39;s spiritual intelligence. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (correlation coefficients and regression coefficients) using SPSS v.21 software<span dir="RTL">.</span> Sixty seven percent (164 persons) were female and 37.5% (79 persons) were male. Sixty three percent of participants had a work experience of less than 5 years. The findings of this study showed the mean score of spiritual intelligence of nurses was 80.88 &plusmn; 11.19. The average score for patient advocacy was 155.73 &plusmn; 21.41. Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there was a significant correlation between spiritual intelligence score and Advocacy and its components (p = 0.624). The mean score of spiritual intelligence in nurses was high in the King questionnaire. The average score for patient advocacy was Hanks&#39; questionnaire in the medium range. The present study showed that there was a significant positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and patient advocacy.
