fa نگاهی تحلیلی به تاریخ اخلاق پزشکی اسلامی؛ مطالعه‌ی موردی آثار ابن‌الجزار، اهوازی، ابن‌سینا و جرجانی اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">بازخوانی تاریخ اخلاق پزشکی، تحلیل و بررسی سیره و آثار پزشکان پرآوازه دوره‌ی اسلامی و بهره‌برداری از این میراث گرانبها ضرورتی انکارناپذیر است؛ ازاین‌رو در پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی، کتاب‌های <em>طب الفقراء و المساکین </em>اثر ابن‌الجزار، <em>کامل الصناعه الطبیه</em> اثر اهوازی، <em>القانون فی الطب</em> اثر ابن‌سینا و <em>ذخیره‌ی خوارزمشاهی</em> اثر جرجانی بررسی و واکاوی شده است. از تحلیل دستورالعمل‌ها و توصیه‌های اخلاقی مندرج در آن‌ها در تعامل پزشک و بیمار و نیز سیره‌ی عملی آنان در این زمینه، شش اصل از اصول مهم اخلاق پزشکی اسلامی به‌ دست آمده که عبارت‌اند از: </span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">توکل به خدا، سودرسانی، آسیب‌نرساندن، امانت‌داری، شفقت و احسان</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">. از اصول مذکور، دو اصل </span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">سودرسانی و آسیب‌نرساندن، بیش از اصول دیگر در کانون توجه و تأکید بوده است</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">که می‌تواند </span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">حاکی از اهمیت این دو اصل اخلاقی در آموزه‌های اسلامی باشد.</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">موضوعات اخلاقی در حیطه‌ی امور پزشکی دوره‌ی اسلامی، تنوع و گستردگی و ضرورت‌های کنونی را نداشته است؛</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">ازاین‌رو در مباحث مربوط </span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">به پیش از ولادت و آغاز حیات انسان، تنها به ممنوعیت سقط جنین اشاره شده و از مراقبت‌های پایان حیات بیمار بحثی به ‌میان نیامده است.</span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Studying the history of medical ethics and analyzing the dynamics and effects of renowned physicians of the Islamic era and the exploitation of this precious heritage is indispensable. Therefore, in this research, by descriptive-analytic approach, , the books of Teb Al-fukhara and Al-Masakin, Ibn al-Jazar, Full medical industry, Ahvazi, Law in Medicine of Ibn Sina, and Kharazmshahi Save of Jorjani were investigated, by analyzing the guidelines and ethical recommendations contained in the physician and patient interactions, as well as their practical applications in this regard, six important principles of Islamic medical ethics were attained: trust in God, profitability, harmlessness, trusteeship, compassion, and goodness. Two principles of profitability and harmlessness have been more emphasized than other ones, which can indicate the significance of these two ethical principles in Islamic teachings. The ethical issues in the field of medical sciences during the Islamic period did not have the diversity, breadth, and necessity of the present.
