fa واکاوی اقدامات قُتلغ‌ترکان، برای احیای پزشکی کرمان (از ۶۵۵ تا ۶۸۱ قمری) تاریخ پزشکی History of Medicine مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">با تأملی در تاریخ حکومت قراختائیان کرمان </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">(از ۶۱۹تا۷۰۴ق/ ۱۲۲۳تا۱۳۰۵م) </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">می‌توان دریافت که هم‌زمان با حاکمیت این سلسله، برخی از بانوان قراختائی، با کاردانی و لیاقت وارد عرصه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی، علمی و فرهنگی شده و حتی بر تخت حکومت کرمان نیز تکیه زده‌اند. ازجمله‌ی این بانوان می‌توان به قتلغ‌تَرکان (ترکان‌خاتون) اشاره کرد که بیش از چهل سال، به‌طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم در کار حکومت کرمان دخالت داشته است. </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">پژوهش حاضر با کاربرد روش استدلال و منطق تاریخی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای بر آن است تا ضمن معرفی کوتاه حکومت قراختاییان کرمان و به‌ویژه ترکان‌خاتون قراختایی، اقدامات این ملکه را در راستای احیای پزشکی کرمان و احقاق حقوق بیماران واکاوی کند. از همین رو، پرسش اصلی این نوشتار عبارت است از: اقدامات ترکان‌خاتون قراختایی در راستای ارتقای وضعیت پزشکی کرمان و رسیدگی بیشتر به حقوق بیماران، چه بود؟ ازجمله نتایج پژوهش حاضر آن است که ترکان‌خاتون، نه‌تنها به ساخت بیمارستان در کرمان پرداخت و آن را با بهترین امکانات روز، مجهز ساخت، بلکه حدود هشتصد سال پیش، با احداث مدرسه‌ای پیشرفته، به تربیت نسلی جدید از اندیشمندان حوزه‌های مختلف و از آن جمله پزشکان، پرداخت.</span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Reflecting on the Qara &ndash; Khitai of Kerman (from 619 to 704 A.H. / 1223 to 1305 A.D.), we can see that the rule of the dynasty, some women of Qara &ndash; Khitai, with expertise and competence into political, economic, scientific and cultural even reached into the kingdom of Kerman. Among these women the one that can be mentioned is -Qutlugh Terken (Terken Khatun), who was directly and indirectly involved in Kerman government for more than 40 years. So, the main question of this article is to assess measures of Qutlugh Terkan for promotion of Kerman&#39;s medical condition and further investigation of patients&#39; rights. One of the findings of the present study was that Terken Khatun, build and equipped hospitals in Kerman with best facilities about eight hundred years ago, she also constructed an advanced school to train a new generation of intellectuals including physicians.</div> بیمارستان, پزشکی, حقوق بیماران, قتلغ‌ترکان (ترکان‌خاتون), کرمان.
