fa بررسی هوش اخلاقی در دانشجویان سال اول و ششم دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">هوش اخلاقی، به‌عنوان یکی از ابعاد هوش می‌تواند چارچوبی برای عملکرد صحیح انسان‌ها فراهم آورد و این عملکرد در محیط‌های بالینی از جمله دندان‌پزشکی</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">می‌تواند بسیار مهم و ضروری باشد؛ لذا مطالعه‌ی حاضر به بررسی هوش اخلاقی در دانشجویان سال اول و ششم</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران می‌پردازد. مطالعه‌ی توصیفی حاضر،</span></span> <span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">در سال ۱۳۹۷ به صورت مقطعی بر روی ۱۰۶ نفر از دانشجویان سال اول و ششم دندان‌پزشکی انجام پذیرفته است. افراد بررسی‌شده به صورت سرشماری انتخاب و اطلاعات بر اساس پرسش‌نامه‌ی هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل جمع‌آوری شدند. بررسی داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;"> SPSS 22 </span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">و تست‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی صورت گرفت. میانگین هوش اخلاقی در دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی سال اول و ششم مشابه بود و تفاوت آماری نداشت </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;">(P-value= 0/64)</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">. در بررسی نتایج دانشجویان سال اول، فقط بین هوش اخلاقی و تحصیلات مادر </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;(P-value= 0/026)</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> و سطح وضعیت اقتصادی خانواده‌ی آنان </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;(P-value= 0/009)</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">ارتباط غیرمستقیم یافت شد؛ اما در دانشجویان سال ششم، تنها ارتباط بین هوش اخلاقی و سطح وضعیت اقتصادی خانواده‌ به صورت مستقیم بود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;"> (P-value= 0/015) </span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد هوش اخلاقی دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی، حین تحصیل تغییرات معناداری نداشته که این نتیجه بیانگر عدم تأثیرگذاری سیستم آموزشی، بر هوش اخلاقی دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی، در حین تحصیل است.</span></span></span></strong><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Moral intelligence as a dimension of intelligence can provide a framework for the proper functioning of human. This function can be effective in the clinical environment such as dentistry. Therefore, the present study examined ethical intelligence of the first and sixth year dental students in the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The present cross-sectional study was conducted in 2018 among 106 of the first and sixth year dental students. The students were selected by census sampeling and the Lennic & Kiel&#39;s Ethical Intelligence Questionnaire were used for data collection. The variables were analyzed by SPSS-Ver.22 software using descriptive and analytical statistical tests. Findings of the study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the ethical intelligence of the first and sixth year dental students. Also, in the first year students, only the indirect relationship between ethical intelligence and mother&#39;s education (P value = 0.026) and the level of household economic condition (P- value = 0.009) were found. In the sixth year students&#39;, only the direct relationship between ethical intelligence and the level of household economic condition was found (P -value = 0.015).
