fa شبیه‌سازی انسان و موازین اخلاقی آزمودنی‌های انسانی اخلاق زیستی Bioethics دیدگاه commentary <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">پژوهش‌های علمی همچنان که ثمره‌های اجتماعی و فردی بسیاری برای آدمی به ارمغان آورده، موجد مسائل و مشکلات اخلاقی فراوانی نیز بوده است. چشم‌انداز ایجاد کودکان از طریق انتقال هسته‌ی سلول سوماتیک‌ (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">SCNT</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">) یا شبیه‌سازی انسان، موجب نگرانی‌های اخلاقی گسترده‌ای در سراسر دنیا شده است. بر این اساس، گزارش‌ها و آیین‌نامه‌هایی مختلف، در سطوح ملی و بین‌المللی، منتشر شده که به موازین اخلاقی آزمودنی‌های انسانی پرداخته‌اند. در این میان، گزارش بلمونت اهمیتی خاص دارد. در این گزارش، سه اصل بنیادی &laquo;احترام به افراد&raquo;، &laquo;احسان یا خیررسانی&raquo; و &laquo;عدالت&raquo; در زمینه‌ی تحقیقات انسانی، در کانون توجه قرار گرفته است. در زمینه‌ی این فناوری نوین زیستی، یعنی شبیه‌سازی انسان، با توجه به بهره‌گیری از آزمودنی‌های انسانی در آن و با توجه به اصول و موازین اخلاق پژوهش آزمودنی‌های انسانی، </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">مباحث</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> ایمنی و سلامت، مسأله‌ی رضایت و همچنین، استثمار و سوء استفاده از زنان، مطرح می‌شود. با توجه به اینکه حدود نود درصد از تلاش‌های شبیه‌سازی در حیوانات، با مشکلاتی عدیده مانند سقط جنین، مرگ زودهنگام، ایجاد بیماری‌ها و نواقص فیزیکی خاص و... مواجه شده است، به‌کارگیری آن در انسان‌ها عاقلانه نیست و موجب بروز مشکلاتی خاص و پیش‌بینی‌ناپذیر در افراد شبیه‌سازی‌شده می‌شود.</span></span></strong></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Scientific research as well as a lot of social and individual effects for human beings has caused many moral problems. The prospect of children building through somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) or human cloning has caused widespread moral concerns around the world. Accordingly, various reports and regulations have been published at the national and international levels that address the ethical principles for research involving human subjects. In this regard, the Belmont report is of particular importance, in which three fundamental principles of human research have been taken into consideration. These three principles are: the principle of &quot;Respect for Persons&quot;, the principle of &quot;Beneficence&quot; and the principle of &quot;justice&quot;. In the field of this new biotechnology, namely, human cloning with respect to the use of human subjects in it and according to the ethical principles for research involving human subjects, there are three types of discussion: problems of Safety; a particular problem in the field of business Satisfaction and the problem of the exploitation of women.
