fa تحلیل اخلاقی عملکرد کارکنان بخش آی‌سی‌یو جراحی مغز و اعصاب بیمارستان لقمان، در فرایند پذیرش بیمار Ethical Analysis of Neurosurgery‎ ICU Staff Performance in Patient Acceptance Process in Loghman Hospital اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">بررسی میزان سازگاری فرایند پذیرش بیمار با موازین اخلاقی‌حرفه‌ای، نقشی بسزا در کاهش رخنه‌های رفتاری کادر درمانی و افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران دارد؛ ازاین‌رو، بر آن هستیم تا با واکاوی فرایند پذیرش بیمار در بخش آی‌سی‌یو و شناسایی رخنه‌های عملکردی کارکنان آن، زمینه‌ی تعالی هرچه بیشتر خدمت‌رسانی در آن را فراهم کنیم. پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای کیفی است که با مصاحبه‌ی عمیق با 28 نفر از کارکنان بخش آی‌سی‌یو جراحی مغز و اعصاب بیمارستان لقمان، در بازه‌ی زمانی زمستان 1396 انجام شده است. اطلاعات مورد نظر، جمع‌آوری و داده‌ها با کدگذاری باز، گزینشی و محوری تحلیل شده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که شش مقوله‌ی «به‌کارگیری افراد فاقد صلاحیت حرفه‌ای کافی»، «اثرگذاری سلیقه‌های شخصی در روابط حرفه‌ای»، «انتظارهای غیرمنطقی»، «نداشتن مهارت‌های ارتباطی»، «بی‌توجهی به امکان پذیرش بیمار جدید» و «فعالیت در دیگر مراکز درمانی»، وضعیت عملکردی کارکنان بخش آی‌سی‌یو جراحی مغز و اعصاب را توضیح می‌دهند. از مجموع آنچه گذشت، چنین به ‌دست می‌آید که «نبود حساسیت اخلاقی نسبت به حرفه و اهمیت آن» در کارکنان بخش آی‌سی‌یو، به‌عنوان پدیده‌ی مرکزی ناشی از نادیده‌انگاری اهمیت تدوین فرایندهای شفاف برای فعالیت‌های مختلف در بخش آی‌سی‌یو و نداشتن تربیت حرفه‌ای کارکنان است. این امر سبب می‌شود تا برخی از کارکنان بخش آی‌سی‌یو بکوشند از اجرای موازین تعریف‌شده، چشم‌پوشی و به‌شکل غیررسمی و سلیقه‌ای، رفتارشان را تنظیم کنند که مهم‌ترین پیامد آن، کاهش کیفیت خدمات درمانی و مراقبتی در آن بخش است. گفتنی است این ارزیابی را نمی‌توان به همه‌ی کارکنان این بخش تعمیم داد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">A study on the adaptability of the patient's admission process with ethical standards has a significant role in reducing the misconduct of the medical staff and increasing the satisfaction of patients. Hence, by the study of the patient's admission process in the Neurosurgery ICU and the identification of its personnel faults; we are going to provide a platform for excellent service to patients. This study is a qualitative study. It had done with the In-depth interviewing with 28 staff of the Neurosurgery ICU of Loghman Hospital during the winter of 1396 (December2017- March 2018). The data is collected and analyzed with triple coding: open, selective, and axial. "The lack of ethical sensitivity to nursing profession and its importance" is a general tag for seven categories of functional status of ICU staff: the use of staff with insufficient professional competence, the impact of staff tastes in professional relationships, irrational expectations, lack of communication skills, the inability to admission new patients and work in other health centers. Accordingly, "the lack of moral sensitivity to the profession and its importance" in the ICU staff is a central phenomenon that results from neglect of the importance of developing transparent processes for various activities in the ICU, as well as the lack of professional training.
