fa ارزیابی فناوری کاردرمانی در سالمندان مبتلا به دمانس از جنبه‌های اخلاقی و قانونی اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">دمانس به دلیل هزینه‌های هنگفت درمانی، شیوع بالا در سالمندان، پیامد‌های شدید و تحمیل فشارهای جسمی و روانی ناشی از شدت بیماری به خانواده‌های بیماران، در ردیف مشکلات مهم بهداشتی قرار دارد و برای کمک به بیمار و کاهش بار مراقبت از بیماران، از فناوری‌های بسیاری استفاده ‌می‌شود که مهم‌ترین آن، کاردرمانی است. این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی است و با هدف بررسی جنبه‌های اخلاقی و قانونی فناوری کاردرمانی در سالمندان مبتلا به دمانس، با استفاده از روش کیفی انجام شده است. جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش، دوازده نفر از متخصصان و دست‌‌اندرکاران حوزه‌ی دمانس و خدمات سالمندی کشور هستند و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه بوده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان ‌می‌دهد که منفعت داشتن و مضر نبودن، حفظ استقلال و موافقت آگاهانه، حفظ کرامت و احترام به فرد، نگرانی برابری و عدالت در دسترسی به خدمت، پشتوانه‌ی قانونی برای استفاده از فناوری، ضرورت اصل اختیار و رعایت حفظ اسرار بیمار و بسترسازی مناسب بهره‌برداری از فناوری، هفت چالش اصلی فناوری کاردرمانی از منظر اخلاقی و قانونی در کشور است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل، فقدان پوشش بیمه‌ای فناوری کاردرمانی و</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"> دسترسی‌نداشتن سالمندان به این خدمت، از موانع مهم استفاده‌نکردن ازآن به حساب ‌می‌آید که وزارت بهداشت باید، مقدمات پیاده‌سازی آن را در اقصا نقاط کشور فراهم کرده و در بسته‌ی خدمت سالمندان کشور قرار دهد.</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Dementia is a major health problem due to the high costs of treatment, high prevalence in the elderly, severe consequences, and the imposition of physical and psychological stresses on families of the patients. Occupational therapy is one of the most important approaches among many technologies employed for helping the patient and reducing the burden of healthcare for patients. This applied study aimed to investigate the ethical and legal aspects of occupational therapy technology in the elderly with dementia using qualitative methods. The study population consisted of 12 specialists and practitioners in the field of dementia and elderly services in the country. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the expert subjects. The results of this study showed that beneficence/non- maleficence, autonomy/informed consent, maintaining dignity/respect for persons, concern for equality and justice in accessing services, legal support for technology use, need for the principle of discretion, and patient confidentiality, and proper technology utilization are&nbsp; seven major ethical and legal challenges in occupational therapy technology in the country.
