fa حق سلامت کودکان در ایران؛ پیاده‌سازی قوانین بین‌المللی حقوق پزشکی Madical law پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">همه‌ی کودکان، حق</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">بهره‌گیری از امکانات و خدمات سلامت و حفاظت در برابر خشونت روحی و روانی، صدمات و سوء‌استفاده را دارند. بعضی از گروه‌های کودکان، برای بهره‌مندی از حقوق خود، به حمایت ویژه نیاز دارند. در این مقاله، قوانین ایران در زمینه‌ی حفاظت از حق سلامت کودکان بررسی شده‌اند. روش تحقیق، مطالعه‌ی کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی محتوای قوانین ملی و بین‌المللی مرتبط با حق سلامت کودکان و وضعیت فعلی کودکان ایرانی بوده است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز، از گزارش‌ها و قوانین ملی و بین‌المللی موجود در وب‌سایت‌های سازمان ملل و نهادهای وابسته، سازمان‌های دولتی کشور و مقالات علمی، استخراج شده است. </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد علاوه بر به‌رسمیت‌شناختن </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">حق سلامت کودک و حفاظت از او در برابر مخاطرات احتمالی، قوانین ایران حق کودکان آسیب‌پذیر را به حمایت‌های ویژه محترم شمرده است. در راستای حفاظت کودکان ایرانی از مخاطرات و سوء‌استفاده‌های احتمالی، قوانین مختلف بازدارنده و تنبیهی تدوین شده است.</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">این</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">قوانین در بسیاری از مواقع، مطابق با استانداردهای بین‌المللی حقوق بشری است؛ اما همه‌ی آن‌ها، به‌درستی و کامل، اجرا نشده‌اند. برای ارتقای سلامت کودکان ایرانی، باید نقاط ضعف اجرای این قوانین، شناسایی و رفع شوند.</span></span></strong></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">All children have a right to benefit from health facilities, goods and services and be protected from physical or mental violence, injury or abuse, and neglect or maltreatment. Some groups of children need special support to enjoy their rights. The aim of this paper is to review Iran&rsquo;s laws and policies on the protection of children&rsquo;s right to health. The method of this descriptive and analytical study was content analysis of international and national law and reports related to children&rsquo;s right to health and the current situation of Iranian children. The data was collected from academic literature and official webpages of United Nations and Iranian government&rsquo;s organizations. Realizing citizens&rsquo; right to health and protection, Iran&rsquo;s laws respect the right of vulnerable groups of children to special support. Moreover, to protect Iranian children from health risks and maltreatment, there are several deterrent laws. Iranian laws on children often are consistent with international human rights laws.&nbsp; However, not all of them are adequately and completely implemented.
