fa بررسی رابطه‌ی اعتقاد به هر یک از دیدگاه‌های مسئولیت پزشک در قبال بیمار و مسئولیت‌پذیری حقوق پزشکی Madical law پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:black;">یکی از مهم‌ترین مباحثی که در حقوق پزشکی مطرح می‌شود، بحث مسئولیت پزشک است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه‌ی اعتقاد به هر یک از دیدگاه‌های مسئولیت پزشک در قبال بیمار و مسئولیت‌پذیری است. روش پژوهش، کتابخانه‌ای و توصیفی‌هم‌بستگی است. بررسی منابع مختلف، نشان می‌دهد در رابطه با مسئولیت پزشک در قبال بیمار، می‌توان به چهار دیدگاه اشاره کرد که این دیدگاه&shy;ها عبارتند از: مسئولیت محض پزشک، عدم مسئولیت پزشک ماهر محتاط، مسئول بودن پزشک در صورت تقصیر در درمان، مسئول بودن پزشک در صورت مباشر بودن در درمان. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بیانگر این است که هم‌بستگی مثبت بین زیرمؤلفه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری و دیدگاه‌های مسئولیت پزشک وجود دارد که در سطح 01/0 معنی‌دار هستند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد دیدگاه‌های یک و سه، هم‌بستگی بالاتری نسبت به دیگر دیدگاه‌ها، با مسئولیت‌پذیری پزشکان دارند. میزان هم‌بستگی بین ابعاد مسئولیت‌پذیری با دیدگاه‌هایی که مسئولیتی بیشتر را برای پزشکان در نظر گرفته، بیشتر است. </span></span></strong></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the most important issues in medical law is the issue of physician responsibility. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between belief in each of the physician&#39;s responsibilities towards the patient and responsibility. The research method is library and descriptive-correlation. An examination of various sources shows that there are four perspectives on the physician&#39;s responsibility to the patient. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the components of responsibility and physician responsibility perspectives, which are significant at the level of 0.01. Findings indicate that views 1 and 3 are more correlated with physicians&#39; responsibility than other views.
