fa پراکندگی بیماری طاعون در ایران سال‌های ۱۲۴۶و۱۲۴۷ ق (۱۸۳۰و۱۸۳۱ م.) و علل گستردگی تلفات آن تاریخ پزشکی History of Medicine پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">طاعون عفونتی باکتریایی است که از طریق جوندگان و کک‌های آلوده‌ی آنان به سایر حیوانات و انسان منتقل می‌شود و بیماری مشترک بین انسان و حیوان است. این بیماری در ایران سابقه‌ای دیرینه دارد. پراکندگی این بیماری نیز بسیار گسترده بوده است و تقریباً تمامی نواحی ایران، آن را تجربه کرده‌اند؛ باوجوداین، داده‌ها درباره‌ی چگونگی وقوع آن در کشور بسیار محدود است. در سال‌های ۱۲۴۶و۱۲۴۷ ق (۱۸۳۰و۱۸۳۱ م.) طاعونی در ایران رخ داد که تلفاتی عظیم در پی داشت. در این پژوهش که با استفاده از منابع و اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و به روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی انجام گرفته به شهرهای درگیر با این بیماری، چگونگی و علل انتقال آن پرداخته شده است. نتیجه‌ی این پژوهش مشخص کرد به جز چند ایالت، بقیه‌ی مناطق ایران، حتی عتبات عالیات با این بیماری درگیر بوده‌اند. شیوع همزمان دیگر بیماری‌های مزمن، انتشار نوع خطرناک طاعون ریوی، بی‌توجهی به قرنطینه و فرار به مناطق دیگر، از مهم‌ترین عوامل گستردگی همه‌گیری این بیماری بوده است</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">.</span></span></strong></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Plague is a bacterial infection that is transmitted to other animals and humans through rodents and their infected fleas and is a common disease between humans and animals. This disease has a long history in Iran. The spread of this disease is very wide and almost all parts of Iran have experienced it, however, data on how it occurs in the country is very limited. A plague occurred in Iran in 1246 and 1247 AH, which resulted in huge casualties. In this research, using library resources and documents and in a descriptive-analytical method, the cities affected by this disease and ways and the causes of its transmission have been studied. The result of the research revealed that except for a few other provinces, all Iran and even the holy shrines were involved with it.
