fa تأملی فرهنگی بر روابط پزشک و بیمار با تأکید بر پرونده‌ی الکترونیکی سلامت Cultural Considerations in Physician-Patient Relationships, With an Emphasis on Electronic Health Record اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">ارتباط خوب و سالم بین پزشک و بیمار، سنگ بنای یک مراقبت پزشکی کامل است که از گذشته، در کانون توجه جامعه‌شناسی قرار گرفته است. از دیدگاه کلاسیک، رابطه‌ی پزشک و بیمار، به‌عنوان رابطه‌ای منحصربه‌فرد، طیفی گسترده از تأثیرات فرهنگی و اجتماعی را دربردارد. پرونده‌ی الکترونیکی سلامت، با سازمان‌دهی پرونده‌های بیماران، ضمن ارتقای نظام مراقبت سلامت، فرایند درمان و تشخیص را آسان ساخته است؛ اما از نظر فرهنگی، تغییراتی در فرایند ارتباطی بین پزشک و بیمار به وجود آورده و چالش‌هایی جدید را از جنبه‌ی اخلاق به همراه خواهد داشت. یافته‌های این پژوهش که به تحلیل نظرات متخصصان حوزه‌ی سلامت درخصوص ابعاد فرهنگی و ارتباطی این تکنولوژی پرداخته است، نشان داد پرونده‌ی الکترونیکی سلامت، با وجود کارآیی بالا، تشخیص آسان و راحت، آگاهی از تشخیص سایر پزشکان و کمک به درمان زودتر و بهتر، از لحاظ فرهنگی، دارای موانعی است که امنیت، کاهش کنش‌های عاطفی و رودررو و هراس از انگ اجتماعی، از آن جمله است. ازآنجاکه داشتن بستر فرهنگی مناسب و برخورداری از اطلاعات و آگاهی، می‌تواند بر توسعه‌ی فناوری‌های سلامت اثر بگذارد، نتایج این تحقیق که به شناسایی نقش فرهنگ بر روابط پزشک و بیمار در استفاده از پرونده‌ی الکترونیکی سلامت پرداخته است، نشان داد که جذب اعتماد بیماران و تغییر شرایط فرهنگی، از طریق آموزش و همچنین، ارتقای امنیت سیستم، می‌تواند میزان کارآیی این سیستم را در حوزه‌ی بهداشت و درمان افزایش دهد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Good and healthy communication between physician and patient is cornerstone of a complete medical care that has long been considered in sociology. From the classical point of view, the physician-patient relationship as a unique relationship encompasses a wide range of cultural and social influences. Electronic health record not only has facilitated the treatment and diagnosis process, but also has promoted the health care system by organizing patient records; however, it alters the physician-patient relationship process culturally and it will create new ethical challenges. Based on current findings and analyses Opinions of health experts about the cultural and communication dimensions of this technology, the electronic health record, despite its effectiveness, easy and convenient diagnosis, awareness of other physicians' diagnosis, earlier and better treatment, has cultural obstacles such as security, reduction of emotional and face-to-face actions, and fear of social stigma. Having a suitable cultural context and information and awareness can affect development of health technology.
