fa بررسی دیدگاه پزشکان و کارکنان اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی اهواز، پیرامون ارتباط حرفه‌ای بین آنان در سال 1398 اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ارتباط بین پزشک و همکاران، شامل تعامل آن‌ها در امر مراقبت از بیمار، برای دستیابی به هدفی مشترک، یعنی ارتقاء وضعیت بیمار است. مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌تحلیلی حاضر، با هدف شناخت دیدگاه پزشکان و کارکنان اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت اخلاق در ارتباط حرفه‌ای بین آنان، به‌صورت مقطعی در سال 1398 صورت گرفت. نمونه‌های پژوهش، کارکنان اتاق عمل و پزشکان شاغل در سه بیمارستان‌ آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز بودند که به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار بررسی، پرسش‌نامه‌ای دو قسمتی، شامل متغیرهای فردی‌اجتماعی و سؤالات مربوط به ارتباط حرفه‌ای پزشک و کارکنان اتاق عمل بود. نتایج نشان داد بیشتر پزشکان و کارکنان اتاق عمل معتقدند که </span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">رعایت اخلاق در ارتباط بین آن‌ها، در </span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مجموع،</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> خوب بوده است</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. در گروه پزشکان 1/18 درصد دیدگاه متوسط و 9/81 درصد از آنان دیدگاه خوب و در گروه کارکنان اتاق عمل نیز، 8/4 درصد دیدگاه ضعیف، 3/27 درصد دیدگاه متوسط و 9/67 درصد دیدگاه خوبی نسبت به ارتباطشان با یکدیگر داشتند؛ ازاین‌رو، </span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Yekan;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تلاش برای بهبود ارتباط بین پزشک و کارکنان و انجام‌دادن اقدامات مناسب در این مسیر، تا زمان رعایت‌شدن اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سطح عالی، شایسته است و ارتقاء سطح خدمات درمانی را به دنبال خواهد داشت.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The relationship between physicians and operating room staff includes interaction between them in caring for the patient to achieve a common therapeutic goal and condition improvement. Present cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study aimed to examine viewpoints of physicians and operating room staff about their relationship in Ahvaz at 2019. The research samples were operating room staff and physicians working in three educational hospitals affiliated to Ahwaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. Consecutive samples were icluded in the study. The research tool was a two-part questionnaire including socio-demographic information and questions about the professional relationship between the doctors and the operating room staff. Results showed that viewpoints of physicians and operating room staff about respecting ethics in their communications are good.&nbsp; In the group of physicians, 18.1% had a moderate viewpoint and 81.9% had a good viewpoint about communication with operating room staff. Among the operating room staff group, 4.8 percent had a bad viewpoint, 27.3 percent had a moderate viewpoint, and 67.9 percent had a good view point about their communication with physicians.
