fa بررسی نقش هوش معنوی در حساسیت اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">ارائه دهندگان مراقبت های بهداشتی برای ارائه مراقبت های اخلاقی موثر ، نیاز به حساسیت اخلاقی دارند. از آنجاییکه معنویت بخش جدایی ناپذیر از اخلاق است و هوش معنوی زیربنای باورهای فرد است که بر عملکرد وی تأثیر می گذارد، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نقش هوش معنوی در میزان حساسیت اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد.</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">این پژوهش، یک پژوهش توصیفی مقطعی می باشد که در سال 1400 انجام شد. جامعه هدف را دانشجویان پرستاری شاغل به تحصیل در نیمسال اول 1401-1400 در شهر یزد بودند که 153 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه های هوش معنوی کینگ، حساسیت اخلاقی لوتزن استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار ها در تحقیقات پیشین تعیین شده است. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار، توزیع فراوانی) و استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی پیرسون) توسط نرم افزار </span></span><span style="color:black">SPSS</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> نسخه 16 تحلیل شد.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> نتایج نشان داد که </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">میانگین حساسیت اخلاقی (46/10&plusmn;24/64) و میانگین هوش معنوی دانشجویان پرستاری (13/34&plusmn;90/53) و در حد متوسط قرار داشت. ارتباط آماری معناداری بین هوش معنوی و حساسیت اخلاقی مشاهده نشد (245/0 = </span></span><span style="color:black">P</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">). لذا نیاز است برای درک بهتر و عمیقتر، مطالعاتی جهت بررسی عوامل میانجی که ممکن است بر این متغیرها تأثیرگذار باشد، انجام شود</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Health care providers need moral sensitivity to provide effective ethical care Since spirituality is an integral part of morality, and spiritual intelligence is the basis of an individual&#39;s beliefs that affect his performance, this study was conducted to determine the role of spiritual intelligence in moral sensitivity of nursing students. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study that was conducted in 2021. The target population was nursing students studying in the first semester of 2021-2022 in Yazd, of which 153 people were selected by simple random sampling. In order to data gathering, questionnaire of King&#39;s spiritual intelligence and Lutzen&#39;s moral sensitivity was used. The validity and reliability of the instruments have been determined in previous research. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation, frequency distribution) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test and T test) by SPSS software version 16. Results indicated the mean of moral sensitivity (64.24 &plusmn;10.46) and the mean of spiritual intelligence of nursing students (53.90 &plusmn;34.13) were moderate. There was no statistically significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and moral sensitivity (P=0.245).
