fa نظری بر چالش‌های اخلاقی در پزشکی دقیق از زاویه عدالت در سلامت اخلاق در سلامت عمومی Ethics in Public Health دیدگاه commentary <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span dir="LTR" style="background:white"><span arial="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#282625"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:yekanYW;">&nbsp;<span style="font-size:12px;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">امروزه، دانشمندان بر این باورند که پزشکی دقیق با استفاده از فناوری‌های پیچیده و اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده از </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">ژنتیک مولکولی، </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">می‌تواند با بیماری‌های پیچیده مقابله کند و عدالت در سلامت را فراهم آورد</span></span><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> با درنظرگرفتن اصول اخلاق پزشکی، به‌کارگیری</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پزشکی دقیق با چالش‌های اخلاقی جدیدی روبه‌رو خواهد شد. این مقاله، با رویکرد اصول‌گرایی، به طرح موضوع عدالت و برخی چالش‌های اخلاقی پزشکی دقیق می‌پردازد؛ چراکه برای بهره‌مندی از مزایای پزشکی دقیق نیاز است، ضمن شناسایی چالش‌ها، چهارچوب اخلاقی متناسب با آن تدوین شود. نحوه‌ی اشتراک‌گذاری و دسترسی به اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده از پزشکی دقیق می‌تواند آینده‌ی شغلی، انتخاب همسر و نوع بیمه‌ی سلامت افراد را تحت‌ تأثیر قرار دهد؛ همچنین، حفظ حریم خصوصی و استقلال افراد، از چالش‌های اخلاقی مهم در پزشکی دقیق است؛ زیرا درباره‌ی امنیت داده‌ها و نحوه‌ی دسترسی به آن‌ها اطمینان کامل وجود نخواهد داشت. در کوتاه‌مدت و میان‌مدت، منافع پزشکی دقیق با توجه ‌به طراحی مطالعات و </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">فناوری‌های</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> گران و پیچیده، به برخی گروه‌ها محدود خواهد شد و نابرابری در عدالت را تشدید خواهد کرد</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">؛</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> اما</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> در بلندمدت، با دسترسی آسان و ارزان‌شدن فناوری‌ها</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">،</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> انباشت هز</span></span>ینه<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">های درمانی در طول عمر کاهش می‌</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">یا</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">بد و عدالت در بین کشورها و همچنین، درون آن‌ها برقرار خواهد شد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Scientists now believe that precision medicine, which employs complicated technology and information derived from omics, can treat complex diseases and provide justice in health. Implementation of precision medicine will face new ethical challenges, considering the principles of medical ethics. With respect to philosophical principles, this study addressed the issue of justice and some ethical challenges of precision medicine. Because, in order to gain the benefits of precision medicine, a proper ethical framework must be developed while considering the challenges. The manner in which precision medicine information is shared and accessed can have an impact on people&rsquo;s future careers, marriage choices, and type of health insurance. Furthermore, preserving people&rsquo;s privacy and autonomy are important ethical concerns in precision medicine since there will be no perfect guarantee about data security and access.
