fa نظارت کارگروه‌های اخلاق در پژوهش بر طرح‌های دانش‌بنیان یازدهمین کنگره اخلاق در سلامت - سخنرانی Health Ethics Congress (11th) - Oral Presentation سخنرانی Oral Presentation <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">نظارت بر پژوهش‌های علمی، به‌ویژه در حوزه‌های پزشکی و سلامت، از یک‌ سو نقشی کلیدی در تضمین رعایت اصول اخلاقی و قانونی در پژوهش و از سوی دیگر، ارتقا و صحت نتایج حاصله دارد؛ نتایجی که مستقیماً با سلامت انسان‌ها مرتبط است. با توجه به افزایش روزافزون طرح‌های دانش‌بنیان و فناورانه و اهمیت اخلاق در پژوهش، کارگروه‌های اخلاق در پژوهش، به‌عنوان نهادهایی مستقل و معتبر، مسئولیت بررسی و نظارت بر این طرح‌ها را بر عهده دارند. این مقاله به بررسی اهمیت، چگونگی و تأثیر این نظارت بر کیفیت و اعتبار پژوهش‌های علمی در حوزه‌ی طرح‌های دانش‌بنیان می‌پردازد. این مطالعه به‌صورت مروری و با جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از دستورالعمل‌ها و آیین‌نامه‌های اخلاق در پژوهش‌های زیست‌پزشکی موجود در سامانه‌ی کمیته‌ی ملی اخلاق در پژوهش وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی انجام شده است؛ همچنین، اطلاعات از طریق بررسی مقالات علمی و پژوهش‌های مرتبط با نظارت کارگروه‌ها بر طرح‌های مصوب از منابع معتبر و به‌روز جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شده‌اند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد، نظارت کارگروه‌های اخلاق بر طرح‌های دانش‌بنیان، باید با حساسیت بیشتر به سایر طرح‌ها و بر مبنای توجه به ملاحظات اخلاقی مقبول و تعهدشده در طرح‌نامه صورت گیرد و در این صورت است که به‌طور درخور توجهی، به بهبود کیفیت پژوهش‌ها و کاهش تخلفات اخلاقی کمک خواهد کرد. وجود نظارت کارگروه‌های اخلاق، انگیزه‌ی بیشتری در پژوهشگران برای رعایت اصول اخلاقی در پژوهش‌ها ایجاد می‌کند؛ همچنین، کارگروه‌ها می‌توانند با ارائه‌ی مشاوره و آموزش‌های لازم، به پژوهشگران برای طراحی طرح‌های پژوهشی دانش‌بنیان و باکیفیت کمک کنند. نظارت مؤثر کارگروه‌های اخلاق در پژوهش می‌تواند به ارتقاء کیفیت و اعتبار پژوهش‌های علمی، به‌ویژه در حوزه‌ی فناوری‌های نوین و طرح‌های دانش‌بنیان یاری رساند. این نظارت نه‌تنها به کاهش تخلفات اخلاقی می‌انجامد، بلکه باعث افزایش اعتماد عمومی به نتایج پژوهش‌ها نیز می‌شود. پیشنهاد می‌شود که کارگروه‌های اخلاق به تقویت آموزش‌های اخلاقی و افزایش آگاهی پژوهشگران ادامه دهند؛ همچنین، سازوکارهای نظارتی خود را بهبود بخشند تا بهبود مستمر در این حوزه حاصل شود.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">Effective oversight of scientific research is essential for ensuring adherence to ethical and legal principles, particularly in medicine and health sciences. This oversight plays a crucial role in maintaining research validity and safeguarding human health. As knowledge-based and technological projects continue to expand, the responsibilities of ethics committees become increasingly significant. Recognized as independent and credible entities, these committees conduct rigorous reviews of research initiatives. This article critically examines the significance, methodologies, and impact of ethics committee oversight on the quality and credibility of scientific research in knowledge-based projects. This study employs a review methodology, synthesizing data from established guidelines and regulatory frameworks governing ethics in biomedical research, as outlined by the National Committee on Ethics in Research of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. Additionally, a comprehensive review of relevant scientific literature and empirical studies was conducted, focusing on the oversight of approved projects from reputable contemporary sources. The analysis indicates that knowledge-based projects require heightened ethical scrutiny compared to other research initiatives. This necessity arises from the imperative to adhere strictly to ethical standards outlined in research proposals. Rigorous oversight significantly enhances research quality while mitigating ethical violations. Furthermore, active engagement by ethics committees fosters a stronger commitment among researchers to uphold ethical principles. By offering targeted guidance and training, these committees contribute to the development of high-quality research proposals. Effective oversight by ethics committees is instrumental in enhancing the quality and credibility of scientific research, particularly in emerging technologies and knowledge-based projects. This oversight not only reduces ethical infractions but also strengthens public trust in research findings. Therefore, continuous advancements in ethical training and researcher awareness are imperative.
