other اخلاق پرستاری در مراقبت از بیماران سالمند: بررسی چالش‌ها و راه‌حل‌ها یازدهمین کنگره اخلاق در سلامت - پوستر Health Ethics Congress (11th) - Poster Presentation کنگره اخلاق Ethics Congress <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">افزایش جمعیت سالمندان، چالش‌های اخلاقی فراوانی را در مراقبت پرستاری ایجاد کرده است. سالمندان به دلیل آسیب‌پذیری جسمی و روانی و اجتماعی، به مراقبت‌هایی خاص نیاز دارند که اغلب با تعارضات اخلاقی همراه است. موضوعاتی مانند حفظ استقلال، عدالت در تخصیص منابع، رضایت آگاهانه و مدیریت تعارضات میان خانواده و بیمار، از مسائل مهم در این حوزه به شمار می‌آیند. این مطالعه‌ی مروری با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های اخلاقی پرستاران در مراقبت از سالمندان و ارائه‌ی راه‌حل‌هایی برای بهبود کیفیت مراقبت انجام‌شده است. این مطالعه به روش مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد. با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های اخلاق پرستاری، سالمندان، چالش‌های اخلاقی و مراقبت اخلاقی، جست‌وجوی مقالات علمی در پایگاه‌های داده‌ی معتبر مانند </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">PubMed</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Scopus</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">CINAHL</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">و</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Google Scholar </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">صورت گرفت. پس از غربالگری اولیه‌ی مقالات مرتبطی که بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۳ به زبان‌های انگلیسی و فارسی منتشر شده بودند، چهل مقاله‌ی واجد شرایط برای تحلیل نهایی در نظر گرفته شدند. بررسی داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل موضوعی صورت گرفت. چالش‌های اخلاقی پرستاران در مراقبت از سالمندان، شامل رعایت استقلال بیمار، مدیریت تصمیم‌گیری در مواقع کاهش توانایی شناختی، حفظ محرمانگی و برخورد با فشارهای خانواده بود؛ علاوه‌براین، پرستاران با مشکلاتی همچون: کمبود منابع، فشار کاری بسیار و نداشتن دسترسی به آموزش‌های اخلاقی مواجه هستند. آموزش‌های مستمر اخلاقی، تقویت پروتکل‌های اخلاقی و ایجاد تیم‌های بین‌رشته‌ای برای تصمیم‌گیری بهتر، از راهکارهای پیشنهادی هستند. چالش‌های اخلاقی در مراقبت از سالمندان، نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی جدی از سوی نظام‌های بهداشتی است. با تدوین دستورالعمل‌های شفاف، ارتقاء آموزش‌های اخلاقی و فراهم‌کردن محیط حمایتی برای پرستاران، می‌توان کیفیت مراقبت از سالمندان را بهبود بخشید. مطالعات آینده باید بر ارزیابی تأثیر این راهکارها بر کاهش مشکلات اخلاقی متمرکز شوند.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">As the global elderly population continues to rise, nursing care for this demographic faces increasing ethical challenges. The elderly are particularly vulnerable, requiring specialized care that addresses their physical, psychological, and social needs. However, these needs often present ethical dilemmas, including issues related to autonomy, informed consent, fairness in resource allocation, and managing conflicts between patients and their families. This systematic review aims to identify the ethical challenges nurses face in caring for elderly patients and to propose solutions that enhance the quality of care. A comprehensive search was conducted across several reputable databases, including PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL, and Google Scholar, using keywords such as &quot;nursing ethics&quot;, &quot;elderly&quot;, &quot;ethical challenges&quot;, and &quot;ethical care&quot;. Articles published between 2010 and 2023 in English and Persian were considered for inclusion. After an initial screening, 40 eligible articles were selected for final analysis, and thematic analysis was used to interpret the data. The findings reveal several key ethical challenges for nurses in elderly care, including respecting patient autonomy, navigating decision-making processes in cases of cognitive decline, ensuring confidentiality, and managing family pressures. Additional difficulties include resource shortages, high workload, and limited access to ethics training. Proposed solutions to address these challenges include continuous ethics education, the development of comprehensive ethics protocols, and the formation of interdisciplinary teams to facilitate more informed decision-making. Addressing ethical challenges in elderly care requires robust planning and action from health systems. By establishing clear ethical guidelines, promoting ongoing education, and fostering a supportive work environment, the quality of care for elderly patients can be significantly improved.
