other چالش‌های اخلاقی پرستاران در زمان بحران‌های جهانی: جنگ و فراتر از آن یازدهمین کنگره اخلاق در سلامت - پوستر Health Ethics Congress (11th) - Poster Presentation کنگره اخلاق Ethics Congress <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پرستاران در موقعیت‌های بحرانی، در خط مقدم ارائه‌ی خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی قرار دارند و با مسئولیت‌ها و چالش‌‌های اخلاقی پیچیده‌ای روبه‌رو هستند که نیازمند تصمیم‌گیری‌های دشوار و لحظه‌ای در چنین مواقعی است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی جامع چالش‌های اخلاقی پیش روی پرستاران در زمان بحران‌های جهانی، به‌ویژه درگیری‌های مسلحانه و جنگ‌هاست. در این مقاله‌ی مروری نظام‌مند، برای جست‌وجوی مقالات مرتبط با موضوع چالش‌های اخلاقی پرستاران در بحران‌ها به‌ویژه جنگ، از پایگاه‌‌های اطلاعاتی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">PubMed</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Scopus</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">،</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">ScienceDirect </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Magiran</span></span><span style="color:black"> و موتور جست‌وجوگر </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Google Scholar</span></span><span style="color:black"> استفاده شد. اخلاق پرستاری، جنگ، بحران‌های جهانی، ملاحظات اخلاقی پرستاری در جنگ، </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Ethical Considerations in Nursing During War</span></span><span style="color:black"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Nursing Ethics in Armed Conflicts</span></span><span style="color:black"> از واژگان کلیدی جست‌وجوشده بودند. پس از بررسی مقالات و حذف مقالات نامتناسب با اهداف مطالعه، در مجموع، هفت مقاله‌ی مرتبط با موضوع چالش‌های اخلاقی پیش روی پرستاران در زمان بحران‌‌های جهانی، به‌‌ویژه درگیری‌های مسلحانه و جنگ‌ها بررسی شدند. یافته‌های این مطالعات نشان داد، پرستاران در زمان جنگ با چالش‌های اخلاقی پیچیده‌ای مواجه می‌شوند. ازجمله‌ی این چالش‌ها می‌توان به تخصیص منابع محدود در مواقع بحرانی، درمان مجروحان جنگی و غیرنظامیان بدون تبعیض، حفظ رازداری بیمار درعین همکاری با مقامات نظامی و مراقبت از بیماران در مواقع خطرناک اشاره کرد. چالش‌های اخلاقی پرستاران در زمان بحران‌های جهانی، به‌‌ویژه جنگ عبارت‌اند از: تضاد بین وظیفه‌ی حرفه‌ای و وابستگی‌های سیاسی و نظامی و تعهد آن‌ها به کشور خود، تخصیص منابع محدود در مواقع بحران، تصمیم‌گیری درباره‌ی اولویت‌بندی بیماران برای دریافت خدمات درمانی و مواجهه با خطرات جانی فراوان درحین مراقبت از بیمار. آموزش اخلاق پرستاری در زمان جنگ و حمایت از پرستاران، در مواجهه با این چالش‌ها امری ضروری است.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">Nurses are critical healthcare providers during global crises, particularly in situations of armed conflict and war, where they face unique and often overwhelming ethical challenges. These professionals are tasked with making immediate and difficult decisions under extreme conditions. This study aims to thoroughly examine the ethical challenges encountered by nurses during global crises, with a particular focus on armed conflicts and wars. This systematic review analyzed articles sourced from PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Magiran, and Google Scholar databases, using the following search terms: &quot;nursing ethics,&quot; &quot;war,&quot; &quot;global crises,&quot; &quot;ethical considerations in nursing during war,&quot; and &quot;nursing ethics in armed conflicts.&quot; Following a thorough review and filtering process based on the study&#39;s objectives, seven articles were selected for inclusion. The findings highlight several ethical challenges faced by nurses during wartime. These challenges include: allocating limited resources under dire circumstances, providing care to both combatants and civilians without bias, maintaining patient confidentiality while cooperating with military authorities, and delivering care in hazardous and unpredictable environments. The ethical issues nurses encounter in global crises, particularly in war, include: 1) the tension between professional duty and political or military affiliations, 2) the ethical dilemma of allocating scarce resources in critical conditions, 3) the decision of which patients should be prioritized for treatment, and 4) the significant risks to life involved in providing care in conflict zones. Nursing care during global crises, especially in wartime, presents profound ethical dilemmas that demand rapid and sound decision-making.
