fa اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش پژوهشي Research هر مجموعه‌ی سازمانی دارای کدهای اخلاقی متناسب با ساختار حرفه‌ای خود است که اخلاق حرفه‌ای نام دارد. آموزش عالی نیز نظامی حرفه‌ای است و اساتید دانشگاه‌ها به‌عنوان افرادی که مسؤولیت تعلیم و تربیت دانشجویان را بر عهده دارند باید از اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمی آگاهی داشته و به آن پایبند باشند. رعایت اخلاق آموزشی تضمین‌کننده‌ی سلامت فرایند یاددهی- یادگیری در دانشگاه است و موجب افزایش تعهد پاسخگویی مدرسان نسبت به نیازهای دانشجویان می‌شود. هدف این مقاله‌ی مروری که به کمک مطالعه‌ی کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی کتب و مقالات مرتبط تدوین شده است، تبیین اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید دانشگاه‌ها به‌عنوان یک معلم بوده و در آن استانداردهای اخلاقی اساتید در دو نقش آموزشی و تربیتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به این منظور گزیده‌ای از دستورات اخلاقی اسلام در ارتباط با موضوع تشریح شده و به قوانین برخی از کشور‌ها در زمینه‌ی اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس نیز اشاراتی شده است. بر اساس مبانی اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمی، یک استاد در دو بعد باید خود را ملزم به رعایت اصول اخلاقی بداند؛ اول، به جهت جایگاه تأثیر‌گذاری که بر رفتار و افکار فراگیران دارد، باید خود را آراسته به فضایل اخلاقی نماید و بداند موثرترین روش در انتقال ارزش‌های اخلاقی مثبت، آشکار شدن آن‌ها در رفتار واقعی مدرس است. دوم، به جهت وظیفه‌ای که در قبال برآوردن نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان دارد، باید با رعایت حداکثری اصول اخلاقی در انجام وظایف حرفه‌ای، مسؤولیت‌های آموزشی خود را به بهترین نحو به انجام رساند.<strong></strong><p></p> <p>Every organization has ethical codes and behavioral standards suited to its professional structure that are referred to as professional ethics. Higher education is a professional system and the faculty should be aware of ethical standards of teaching considering their role in developing students and their obligation to them. Applying professional ethics in education ensures the right teaching-learning process in higher education institutions and can result in more commitment to students' needs.The aim of this review article, which is based on literature and related books and articles, is to examine the professional ethics of faculty as teachers and their role in the education and moral development of their students in view of ethical standards. In order to do this, samples of Islamic ethical issues related to the subject and some educational ethical rules of other countries have been investigated. Based on the professional ethics of teaching, teachers should pledge to ethical principles in two dimensions: firstly, they should behave decently considering their role in the students' moral development, and should be aware that the most effective method to characterize positive values in students is being actual role models.
