fa تحلیل استنادی و ترسیم نقشه‌ی بروندادی علمی اخلاق پزشکی در وب‌گاه WOS در سال‌های 2008 - 1990 پژوهشي Research موضوع اخلاق پزشکی یکی از حوزه‌های علم است که نه تنها به‌دلیل پیشرفت در تکنولوژی‌ و درمان پزشکی بلکه به‌دلیل تغییرات پیچیده‌ی اجتماعی و مشارکت علوم اجتماعی، حقوق و غیره در حوزه‌ی پزشکی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این نوشته تلاش شده است تا به بررسی تحلیلی و تاریخ­نگاری تولیدات علمی حوزه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی و میزان رشد و توسعه‌ی آن آثار در طول سال‌های 1990 تا 2008 پرداخته شود.<br>این پژوهش با استفاده از روش علم‌سنجی، انتشارات علمی حوزه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی را در سه پایگاه استنادی Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Social Science citation Index (SSCI), Art & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI) در سال‌های 2008-1990 مورد بررسی قرار داده است.<br>بررسی نوع مدارک نشان داد که مجموع 5690 پیشینه در 15 قالب مختلف ارائه شده‌‌اند. تمامی مدارک در 1289 عنوان مجله منتشر و از سوی 3634 دانشگاه و مؤسسه‌ی آموزش عالی (با برتری دانشگاه Harvard) ارائه شده‌‌اند. تعداد 10326 نویسنده در بازه‌ی زمانی مورد نظر مقالات خود را به رشته‌ی تحریر در آورده‌‌اند و در کل 109301 منبع را مورد استناد قرار داده‌‌اند. مجله‌ی Journal Of Medical Ethics بیش‌ترین مقالات این حوزه را به چاپ رسانده است.<br>موضوع «آموزش اخلاق پزشکی و ضرورت آن» از جمله مسائل مهم و مطرح در این حوزه است. زیرا خط مشی‌های پزشکی و قانونگذاری جهت حفظ حقوق بیماران همواره در حال تغییر است و به منظور انجام مراقبت‌های پزشکی به شیوه‌ی اخلاقی و انسانی و تصمیم‌گیری‌های دشوار درباره‌ی تکنولوژی‌های جدید، ضرورت آموزش در این زمینه مشهود است.</p> </span> Medical Ethics is a branch of science that has received attention due to developments in medical treatments and technology as well as complex social transformations and involvement of social sciences, law and so on in medicine. The present paper attempted to perform an analysis and historiography of scientific publications in the field of medical ethics and their growth and development rate between the years 1990 and 2008. This study used scientometrics to examine scientific publications in the field of medical ethics between 1990 and 2008 in three bibliographic databases: The Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI), the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), and the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE). An evaluation of the nature of the documents showed that 5690 bibliographic items had been presented in fifteen different formats. The documents had all been published in 1289 journals by 3634 universities or higher education institutions, with the Harvard University in the lead. 10326 authors had composed articles during this period and made reference to a total of 109301 sources. The Journal of Medical Ethics had published the majority of works in the field. One major topic in this field is “medical ethics education and its necessity”, as medical policies and regulations are constantly changing in order to ensure patients’ rights.
