fa همدلی و بازبینی نقش آن در بهبود روابط پزشک - بیمار پژوهشي Research رعایت حقوق بیمار در عرصه‌ی خدمات سلامت، نقش مهمی را در بهبود و تنظیم رابطه‌ی پزشک و بیمار ایفا می‌کند و در مدیریت نظام سلامت از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. همدلی به‌عنوان یکی از موضوعات مهم درحوزه‌ی فلسفه‌ی اخلاقی مدرن، با توجه به نقشی که در رشد اخلاقی و اجتماعی دارد، توجه فراوانی را از حوزه‌های متفاوت تحقیقات چون روان‌شناسی، کردارشناسی، علوم عصب‌شناختی و روان‌پزشکی به خود جلب کرده است. در این مقاله ضمن مرور تاریخچه‌ی همدلی در روابط پزشک - بیمار و مزیت‌های همدلی در حوزه‌ی ارتباطات پزشکی به توصیف راه‌هایی به منظور افزایش همدلی در روابط پزشک - بیمار پرداخته شده است. از آن‌جا که همدلی در افزایش توانایی و رضایت بیمار از فرآیند درمان، نقش مهمی دارد، بررسی تأثیری که همدلی در آموزش اخلاق پزشکی به‌عنوان عاملی تأثیرگذار در بهبود کیفیت روابط پزشک و بیمار ایفا می‌کند، می‌تواند رهنمودهای ارزشمندی را در زمینه‌ی تأمین بهداشت روانی از سطح پیشگیری تا درمان در دسترس افراد و نهادهای مختلف نظیر وزارت بهداشت و کلینیک‌های روان‌شناسی و مشاوره به همراه داشته باشد.</p> </span> Observing patients’ rights in health care services plays an important role in improving and adjusting the doctor-patient relationship and is therefore of great significance in health systems management. Considering the role it plays as an important philosophical part of modern ethics in ethical and social functions, empathy has received much attention in various areas of research such as psychology, behavioral studies, neurosciences and psychiatry. The present study will first offer an overview of the history of empathy and its positive effects on the interactions between doctors and patients, and then move on to propose strategies to promote empathy in doctor-patient relationships.
