fa بررسی سطح تکامل اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی‌درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان اردبیل در سال 1396 پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">اخلاق پرستاری یکی از زیربنایی‌ترین موضوعات حرفه‌ی پرستاری است که پرستاران را موظف به رعایت اصولی می‌نماید تا در کنار آن مددجو با اطمینان و اعتماد بیشتری مراقبت‌های پرستاری را دریافت کند. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین سطح تکامل اخلاقی پرستاران و عوامل مؤثر بر آن صورت گرفت. این مطالعه به روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی، در سال 1396 بر روی 310 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی‌درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ی تکامل اخلاقی کلبرگ استفاده شد. این پرسش‌نامه شامل شش سناریو با موضوع نوزاد با آنومالی‌های شدید، اجبار دارویی، تقاضای بالغان نسبت به مرگ، آشناسازی پرستار جدید، اشتباه دارویی و افراد بیمار در مراحل آخر بیماری است. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">&nbsp;SPSS</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">نسخه‌ی 18 و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در این مطالعه، 51 پرستار (45/16%) در سطح پیش‌عرفی، 101 پرستار (58/32%) در سطح عرفی، 132 پرستار (58/42%) در سطح پس‌عرفی و 26 پرستار (38/8%) در سطح ملاحظات بالینی قرار داشتند. همچنین میانگین نمره‌ی تفکر اخلاقی شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه 6/5</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:lotus;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">58/42 و میانگین نمره‌ی ملاحظات بالینی 3/4</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:lotus;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">53/21 به دست آمد. مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد اکثریت پرستاران از نظر سطوح تکامل اخلاقی کلبرگ در سطح عرفی و پس‌عرفی قرار دارند؛ با این ‌حال، این مقدار کمتر از پنجاه درصد کل پرستاران است که نشان می‌دهد سطح تکامل اخلاقی پرستاران در سطح متوسط است و به بررسی بیشتر علل و عوامل مرتبط با آن و تلاش برای ارتقای آن نیاز دارد.</span></span></strong></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Nursing ethics is one of the most basic aspects of nursing profession, which nurses are required to follow the principles receiving nursing care with confidence by patients. This study was conducted to determine the level of moral development of nurses and its contributing factors. This descriptive, analytic study was performed in 2017, study samples were 310 nurses working in educational hospitals of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. Samples were selected by convenience method. The data was collected using a Kohlberg&rsquo;s nursing dilemma test. The questionnaire included six scenarios: newborn with anomalies, forcing medication, adult&#39;s request to die, new nurse&#39;s orientation, medication error, and uninformed terminally ill adult. The data was analyzed by IBM SPSS 18 using descriptive and analytic tests. In this study, 51 nurses (16.45%) were in the pre-conventional level, 101 nurses (32.58%) in the conventional level, 132 nurses (42.58%) at the post-normal level and 26 nurses (8.38%) at the level of clinical considerations. Moral thinking mean score was 42.58 &plusmn; 5.6 and the mean score of the clinical considerations was 21.53 &plusmn; 4.3. The present study showed that the majority of nurses are in the post conventional and conventional level; but this is less than 50% of all nurses, which shows that the level of moral development of nurses is in the moderate level.
