fa محورهای پزشکی تکاملی تاریخ پزشکی History of Medicine پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">شناخت بیماری‌ها و علل ایجاد آن‌ها از مسائل کلیدی علم پزشکی به شمار می‌آید و پایه و اساس درمان را تشکیل می‌دهد. واکنش‌ها و عوارض بیماری‌ها در اشخاص گوناگون ممکن است متفاوت باشد؛ برخی افراد به دلیل عوامل ژنتیکی یا شرایط محیطی نسبت به بیماری‌ها، مقاومت بیشتری دارند. از طرفی دیگر، در دنیای امروز، شاهد بروز بیماری‌های نوظهوری هستیم که تاکنون درمان قطعی برای آن‌ها ارائه نشده است. این موضوع به‌روشنی نشان می‌دهد، اهمیت بررسی علل اصلی بروز بیماری‌ها را نمی‌توان نادیده گرفت. پزشکی تکاملی کمتر از نیم‌قرن است در گفتمان‌های پزشکی غربی مطرح شده است. این نظریه بر مبنای اصول داروینیسم، به طرح و بررسی موضوعاتی می‌پردازد که بشر در طی تاریخ طولانی حیات به‌طور طبیعی یا متأثر از شرایط اجتماعی با آن‌ها مواجه بوده است. بنا بر دستاوردهای تحقیقات صورت‌گرفته در حوزه‌ی پزشکی تکاملی، عوامل مؤثر در وضعیت سلامت و بیماری انسان، تنها به شرایط زیستی و محیطی فرد محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه به دوره‌های طولانی تاریخ تکامل بشر و تغییر و تحولاتی که با آن مواجه بوده است، بازمی‌گردد. این مطالعه ضمن معرفی سیزده محور اصلی در پزشکی تکاملی، بر اهمیت و کاربرد آن در زمینه‌ی پزشکی و سلامت، تمرکز می‌کند؛ همچنین، بر ضرورت توجه بیشتر به این مفهوم از سوی پژوهشگران علوم پزشکی و برخی رشته‌های میان‌رشته‌ای تأکید می‌نماید</span></span>.</span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">Recognizing diseases and their causes is one of the most critical issues in medicine, forming the foundation of treatment. Disease responses and complications might differ among individuals, with some exhibiting more resistance to certain illnesses due to genetic or environmental factors. Furthermore, we are currently witnessing the emergence of new diseases for which definitive treatments have yet to be developed. This evidently underscores the need to explore the fundamental causes of diseases. Evolutionary medicine has been discussed in Western medical discourse for less than half a century. Grounded in Darwinian principles, this theory examines the issues humans have faced, both naturally and as influenced by social conditions, throughout our evolutionary history. Research in evolutionary medicine indicates that human health and illness are shaped not only by immediate biological and environmental factors but also by the long history of human evolution and the transformations that have occurred over time. Accordingly, this study introduced 13 key indices of evolutionary medicine, highlighting its significance and application in medicine and healthcare.
